When our Budget rental minivan died on the interstate just outside Williams, AZ, Anthony and David came to our rescue. We had no way back to our vacation rental and no way to get a replacement car because it was after hours. David took us to our rental house in Sedona, then drove 2 people in our party to the airport in Phoenix to get another rental car, not arriving there until after midnight. This company will go out of their way to take care of their customers!
After our Budget rental car stranded us on the side of the highway outside of Williams, David was able to come help us by getting us back to Phoenix for a replacement vehicle.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure we were able to get the vehicles swapped out at midnight. He did way more than Budget even attempted. Highly recommend.
I had a rental car problem. They had this tow company come out. The minute I got the phone call Anthony made me feel so safe. I felt more comfortable riding with him than an Uber. Very professional, honest, kind, and helpful. I trust this company 100 percent. Best tow place ever. Thank you. I felt like a family member was coming to help me. Very impressed .
Anthony is amazing, drove 1.5 hours to pick up our damaged, undriveable car after an elk ran into it at the Grand Canyon, gave us a ride to the replacement vehicle and convinced Hertz to let us pick it up after hours because there was no other option. What a gentleman, with a fascinating life story to boot. So grateful he helped salvage our vacation. Thank you, Anthony!
The driver of USDOT#3475976 on April 5th at approximately 6:45 pm was using two trucks to recover a car at the Tesla Supercharger off of North 89 and decided to block 20 of the 24 stalls with his trucks. He was rude and belligent and came up to our car aggressively and yelled at us even after we rolled up the windows. 0/10 do not recommend.
Excellent customer service. Anthony was great to deal with. Got me out of a real bad situation at a fair price. Very honest guy and hardworking. Couldn't be happier. If I'm ever in a jam in northern AZ this is the 1st and only company I'm calling.
These people saved my life, I don’t know why they don’t have any more reviews, I was stuck on Woody Mountain Road (Fun fact: This Road is closed until spring)
I talked to Anthony and when I tell you this man cares about his job, I mean it, he showed up within the time frame he gave and pulled me out quicker than it takes to get your food at Denny's, I mean these guys are grade A professionals.
I would never recommend another towing company, they are reliable, honest, and just straight up amazing people, Make sure you call Black Heart Tow before you call anyone else! I can’t recommend this place enough.
Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when towing our '77 Dodge Sportsman class C. His arrival was prompt and prices were very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend.
