I've never actually been inside the store, but I was broke down on I- 10 recently and called Napa to get a shop recommendation. The first shop they referred me to was unable to assist us, so I called back and Michael referred me to Jarod's Auto in Willcox who got us fixed up. I really appreciate Michael's time and assistance. You just can't beat a small town auto parts store.

Wow a real auto parts store . They still have e books to look uo certain stuff. They sell everything including the rolls of gasket paper. Been a long time since I been in a store like that.

Folks were very helpful in assisting me and made recommendations for what they didn't have in stock

They have great service provided by knowledgeable associates.

Really kind and knowledgeable people here. Long term folks, everyone knows your name. Always have the odd parts I need.

Say hours are 6 30 online but are closed at 6 on the dot. Makes me sad. Saturday pulled up to the store at 4 49 and the store was closed. No lights we went to autozone

Tim is always efittiant and polite, never do I leave the store feeling neglected.

Broke down on our trip to Texas...and this is by far the best napa I have ever been too they had everything we needed to fix my bluebird school bus and 1980 toyota pickup and get back on the road thanks guys!

Nice store but The gentleman behind the service counter was really rude and very unhelpful when suggesting alternative options for another auto parts store that may have what I needed

On the 12th Linda tried to charge me for 10 quarts of oil I didn't ask for then on the 18th the parts runner was parked in handicapped parking space loading parts so I had to park far away and walked twice to truck to make sure I got right part there rating should be way below zero

I was working on a Ninja, helping a friend complete some major maintenance, carb kit, tires, brake pads, oil, radiator flush etc. Turns out both front turn signals needed replace so replaced all four. I noticed there were open sockets in the side light on the stop/break housing. The nice lady at Mac's took a look at my side project and found some bulb housings and bulbs I could fit. The bike now has four turn signals on the back. Thank for your willingness to help and provide the right parts!

One if the best NAPA's I've ever been in. Amazing staff, almost all of them know their stuff.

The first couple of times going into this store, I just got a "we are better than you vibe.". The weren't very friendly and I just left with a bad taste in my mouth. Because I was working on a complicated project I needed to go back and I needed their knowledge. After several visits they did warm up to me but ultimately, 3 stars. They are knowledgeable but they are kind of jerks.

They took their time to make sure I was fully settled with my needs. Spent half the day going in and out from parking lot and left with my rig able to finish the remaining 1k miles of my journey. Thx for being so accommodating and patient, staff and selection 5 star. Price was up there but quality products so 4 star

We had to have our rv towed here when we broke down on the interstate. Linda was soooo nice, patient and helpful to us. She's awesome! And....this is the biggest NAPA I have ever seen!

Good group of people to work with. The store selection is great and the staff is quite knowledgeable and helpful.

The employees are friendly and ready to help. 9 times out of ten, the store has the part or tool I need.

Chuck at NAPA really helped us out. We were traveling from out of state with our pop up camper and on a tight budget. I am somewhat mechanical but no auto mechanic and Chuck helped us get the items we needed without upselling us or jerking us around. He was courteous over the phone as well as in the store. Store is huge and stocked well. 5 star customer service. As a young guy I often get treated a certain way in part stores/lumber yards etc. It was nice to be treated as though I was a frequent local customer. Thanks Chuck and NAPA!

They are fully stocked..a huge store!..anything you need.truck car RV and alot more!

Always friendly & helpful, large inventory, huge store! They also carry smaller items such as wires nuts and bolts.

Very large store. I almost cried when I went through the door. They had the power steering fluid we needed for the VW.

When I need parts for my vehicle I go there because the staff is friendly and know what they are doing. If parts are not in stock they will get to you usually the next day. I would tell anyone I know to go there.

i actualy rate this store half a star due to poor customer service, lack of enthusiasm, and the way the employees think they are better then everyone else. never have i been treated so horrible by any part store until i walked into this store

I happened to stop here on a cross country journey when the radiator in my truck cracked on the highway. I took a chance and went inside to see if the part was in stock. Not only did they have the exact radiator I needed. But they were also helpful enough to help me pick out everything for the install and even let me park my truck near the building so that I could repair it after they closed. The employees in this store were some of the nicest people I've ever met and we're more than willing to help me out in this emergency repair situation. Thanks to their help I was back on the road in under 3 hours. Amazing!
