I contacted this company to ask about their availability and how soon they could take care of a busted tire. I did not request emergency or immediate service. I was simply trying to understand their schedule.
I was told there was a standard price, but that if I wanted the service “right now,” I would need to pay extra. I explained that I work for a company and was not in a position to authorize an additional rush fee. At that point, the person on the phone became rude, disrespectful, and aggressive, repeatedly complaining that everyone wants service immediately but nobody wants to pay.
Given his attitude and the fact that he said he was very busy, I calmly told him I would take my business elsewhere.
About five minutes later, he called me back and continued cussing me out. Even after I said, “Have a nice day, I won’t be working with you,” he remained unprofessional. Throughout the entire interaction, I stayed polite.
Based on this behavior, I would seriously question the level of professionalism and the quality of service you might receive when trusting them with your truck.

By far the worst experience from a road side service I've had. He refused to put oil instead of grease in the hub so he left before even starting. ? Steve is mad at the world for something I guess. I'd say use someone else for sure.
I do not recommend these people to anyone because they deceive you and they are very rude, they deceived me very badly, please do not call them and do not waste your money and time.
Don't let the scary review fool you! Bill the man just saved my day on Christmas!!! My tire wear out and blew up. I've been skeptical with all low review shops, but they are the closest. Bill, is very professional handling the phone, and came out in no time!! No hidden fees, fair rate, and repaired in timely manner!
Bill quoted fair prices on service and tire when all the others nearby tried to charge Christmas rate, which double of the regular roadside rates, and charges for premium prices for off brand tire!!
Ask for Bill when you call! be patient, be organized about your location, your needs on parts, and your equipment.

We were driving from Scottsdale back to Dallas. We lost tread on our Motor Home Tire in what seemed like the middle of no where!
Husband has a broken hand and couldn’t change the tire himself so we googled and found Emergency Road Service. Steve answered and was very straight forward that there is a 2 hour minimum at $150. We arrived only to find out the tread loss caused a huge gouge in the second tire.
Steve offered 2 good used tires for a fair price. I asked about New and he gave me a fair price. I chose to go with 4 NEW tires and within 2 hours he had 4 tires replaced and we were back on the road.
Steve was straight forward, honest and fair. We need more businesses like this in the world who are transparent, and doing good business.
When I read the review I was afraid to call out this service, but had no option just to do so.
They came as told even faster then expected.
The estimate that they sent was exactly how much I had to pay for the road service and the prices was like everywhere else.
Paid $690 for road service a tire, rim and brake can.
Maybe they are not the chit chat people.
But if talk only business and straight to the point there will be no issue with communication.
But all in all I would say good service. Job was done quickly and the prices was decent.
Just called this place and he was super rude!! I bought a coolant reservoir and was heading east bound and I was looking for someone to install it it since loves was booked for hours, he literally told me “why didn’t you have Freightliner install it!” I was shocked at his response and kinda laughed and then he told me “ you don’t bring your own steak to a steakhouse and have them cook it do you?” And he hung up on me!! I have NEVER heard of anyone refusing an EASY job!

THEN THEY LOCK THEIR GATE AND INFORM YOU THAT THEY WENT FOR ANOTHER ROAD CALL (OR MAYBE HOME) AND TELL THAT YOU NEED TO WAIT 3-4 HOURS WHEN THEY COME BACK. THEY KEEP YOUR TRUCK/TRAILER AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO TAKE THEM. THEN THEY ASK MONEY FOR WHATEVER AMOUNT THEY WANT WITHOUT FIXING ANYTHING. THIS IS THE WAY THEY MAKE MONEY. MOREOVER, IF YOU TRY TO ENTER - THEY THREATEN YOU WITH GUN, THESE GUYS ARE CRAZY AND DANGEROUS. I WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS EVEN IF THEY WILL BE THE ONLY SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE AREA. This guys are a scam.. the worse road service you could call. They are too expensive. They sold me a tire. Next day the tire was flat. I called them and the guy didnt take any responsability.

About 45 min from Deming, blew a camper tire on I-10. Only repair service that came up on google was this one. Art called & was told they could be there in 10 min. because they were already on the road. Art was told there would be a service call fee, which we expected. Art took the spare off the camper & had it ready to install. My 1st notice was the lack of signage on either truck - as 2 men came in separate vehicles. We had no idea the outrageous bill that would result for this quick task. The bill of $580.22 was made up of the service call fee - $100; on top of that, a mileage charge of 48 miles @ $1.75/mile = $147; 2 hrs of labor @ $130/hr = $260 + a shop fee of $7.50; a 5% CC fee of $27.63; 7.5% sales tax of $38.59. The 2 men were here about 45 min. - they spent more time trying to run our CC, acting like they didn't know how - than putting on our spare. I actually got uncomfortable that they were skimming our card because of the amount of time they handled it. If we would have been given these charges up front - we would have contacted another repair service.
Do not call these people please the old guy i believe his name is Steve Hill will over charge you he is extremely rude and cusses the whole time he is working. His daughter that you have to deal with over the phone is the same way. They will lie about prices and over charge you.

I was in a very bad situation, one of my rv trailer leaf springs snapped so i needed immediate repairs to continue my trip. the team arrived within reasonnable time and they found a temporary fix for me to drive to their shop which was only a few miles away. i had an escort, one truck at the front and one at the back.
I got a new tire, better leaf springs than the original ones and it all got installed the same day. The price for the repairs was reasonnable considering the work that was needed plus all the service that i got. Very proffessionnal service, I recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you!

I have never written any reviews about anyone.But today what happened is beyond what everyone else has written so far.Told him to change brake shoes and brake drums for 3 only.He said 4-6 hours and I will be gone by afternoon today.At 3 PM he said he will be done by next day.I told him No and he should just wrap up with whatever was done.They gave me $5000 bill to pay for all the 4 brakes ,drums,S cams and few other small small stuff which he did without even asking my permission.When confronted he cussed,pushed my driver and told him to get out of his property.Finally called Sheriff Deptt to intervene.Steve didn’t give us any written estimate so he knew he was in trouble right away.I agreed to pay him $4200 after he overcharged me for about $3000..I just wanted to go away from his place.Steve said cash only or EFS or Comchk .It’s not easy to pay either cash or whatever cause drivers do not carry so much cash.We offered to pay via debit card but he wouldn’t listen.He decided to remove all his parts from whatever repairs he had done all day and put back our parts back on at 8pm.Which crazy person does this after working for 8-12 hours.My driver is waiting to get his trailer back and it’s 12am..
Owner Steve is really a very bad person snd someone rightly said needs to go to an anger management class.A nonsense and unbelievable BS character..

Never dealt with such a crooked place. 3500$ to replace a radiator. Threatened to keep my truck because I asked a simple question! This is a bad place! Wish I had read the reviews! State of Arizona protects people like him! Nothing you can do if he keeps your vehicle! He's a angry violent man who hides behind his employees. Which I have to say are good people! He is not! Beware of this scammer. He charged me $2500.00 cash and said no credit card, no Debit card only EFS check or cash and did nothing on my truck. I have to take my truck to the nearest Freightliner dealership after giving him $2500.00 cash. These guys rob people so beware of this shop and other shops owned by him. They have two other locations and they rob people at all locations. He even unscrewed and took my fenders off and refused to put back after taking $2500.00 so, I have to carry those inside my truck. 0 stars for this service shop and thief owner.
