This isn't a pilot travel center. I think the one across the street is the pilot Tc. But they do have a pilot fueling center at this truck stop.
The road leading up to this place is a horrible pothole riddled, sunken asphalt, excuse for a serviceable road! Once you get off the freeway, be careful when driving on this road.
I stopped in here for fuel, and a quick bite. I ended up ordering Indian food.
You order and pay for your food from the english speaking people at the service counter. Then give your order to the Indian guy behind the counter and back.
I ordered the mixed plate which comes with your choice of rice or roti. One meat. And one vegetable. I also ordered 2 Samosas. And one piece of Roti.
Pointing out the meat that I wanted was no problem. I saw this delicious looking chicken. It tasted great. It was well prepared and in a mild spicy sauce. I saw no vegetables in the steam table. I asked the gentleman, what is the vegetable? He pointed at the lentils. I didn't know lentils were considered a vegetable. But I took them because the other thing he pointed at looked like tofu in a curry sauce. The lentils were also very good.
Basmati rice rounded out the mix plate. Everything tasted really good. The plate by itself was filling and delicious.
They gave me sweet-and-sour sauce with my Samosas. Never had that before. It tastes okay with sweet-and-sour sauce. But I prefer to dip my Samosas into the sauce from the chicken. They were also very good.
The roti was made fresh for me. When I ordered it and it was the most time consuming item to wait for. It complimented the meal very well. And I used it to soak up all the extra juices left over from the chicken and lentils.
It was a little spendy. Just over $23 dollars for this meal. But it tastes very good, and I would highly recommend it.
Pulled in and attempted to use "The Facilities". The place has clearly seen better days. The staff was unfriendly and socially disconnected.
We looked at the in-house Indian food and it looked unappealing so we passed and ate in Wilcox instead. The restrooms were in serious need of attention.
We simply left and went across the street and used their cringe worthy restrooms and bought our fuel there.
Everything here seemed excessively high priced. I've would think for such aggressive GREEDFLATION they'd at least clean the place up and reinvest something back into this eyesore. It's a truck stop trying to be a pilot, as a travel center it's failing and missing the mark. I'm sure if corporate pilot ever visited this would they would be institutionally shocked and the place would be renamed to another failing brand almost instantly.
I'm gonna go out of my way to avoid this place on any future trips to the area, just not a very welcoming place.
The man behind the counter opened the register and said next victim next victim! It was funny and I enjoyed his counting of the money I owed him $11.34 and he said I’ll take 11,340 pennies. All customer service should be that good.
8/5/25 10am stopped here for quick break and cashier lady Tabitha was great. She’s really nice person. PEOPLE IF PILOT DONT HAVE SHOWER ITS NOT EMPLOYEES FAULT. Stop harassing them. All of them are really nice people and working just like us. STOP HARASSING
Hire people who know how to speak English I was supposed to get six Red Bulls with my pilot rewards. It was one free Red Bull and buy two get one free. It was supposed to be only nine dollars and she charged me $19.74 and when I tell her there's a deal on my card with my rewards, she took all my points. She said it's all free and she was showing me there is no no deal I said it's on my card charge me with the Red Bull why are you charging non-tax i hate this man when you people do these type of things you don't know how to speak English get lost go work somewhere else. And then she's giving me attitude by after taking all my points and she's behaving like it's not her fault. It's the Spanish lady whoever is the owner of this gas station he has to hire someone who knows English
Prices are on the higher side; however, I ate that chicken UP, and the person on the register was nice. Also, I had no issues with the restroom in the store.

They have a full grocery store and some hardware here too. Bathrooms were not very clean, but they worked. Although the shower in the one I went in was broken. Prices seemed reasonable for a gas station. A few miles to get back on the highway but easy. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
I'm visiting today due to my being escorted too here by Weigh Station DOT because I was over a couple hrs. on my drive time . I'm definitely not delivering my load by noon ... ?. Shit Happens ?. The fried chicken here with Mac n cheese wasn't bad . Didn't do much here except park my truck and sit/sleep 10 hrs. But from other reviews, I'm scared of doing much else . I'm hoping their coffee is palatable later tonight ?. Good Luck Truckers And Drive Safe ! ELD Logs Suck !
Good place to park and that's about it . The restroom is all get out nasty . Cashierss on their phone instead of greeting , working the register or cleaning the place. Chicken is ok , get in and get out asap. I watch one driver walk in for a shower , Immediately come back out shaking his head in disgust . Towlies make a huge mess in the bathroom with the water bottles everywhere. It could be a great place with some restructuring.
1st The restrooms are absolutely NASTY! SMELLS OF URINE. TOILETS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANED WITH PRIDE IN MONTHS! No sanitary exit. No paper towels to dry hands or open the door after the three guys that used the room and did not wash!
2nd The price for a cup of coffee was over 4 dollars. Not pilot coffee. Not a name brand. Not Starbucks, not Dunkin, just Hill Btothers burnt bean trash.
3rd Indian cuisine food where the staff completely ignored me and another drivers attempt to ask questions. Talk about contempt for the folks that make your establishment possible!
Steer the wheel across the street. Ride on down the road. Anything but stop here! These folks cater only to themselves.
This Pilot Travel Center location has the worst men’s restroom I’ve encountered in 20 years as a professional driver. The urinals, which are non-flushable, were covered in heavy calcium buildup and stains, clearly from neglect. The entire restroom reeked of cat-ammonia and urine. It was dark, outdated, and uninviting.
The hand dryer was broken, and there were no paper towels. The floor was filthy and unacceptable.
Let that sink in—they sell food at this location.
First, let’s start that this Pilot is not a real Pilot, it is more like an Express Pilot. There’s no showers, the bathrooms do not have any ventilation so they stink really bad and it’s not clean.
Krispy Krunchy Chicken restaurant does not exist here. It is an Indian own gas station that makes their own food.
The parking here is just a lot so you just find a place to park.

Fast, friendly and clean. Parking is limited. But great for a quick stop. Bathroom was clean. While store smells nice. Lights were a little dim. Not necessarily a bad thing, it was just a surprise ?♂️?
Nice little shop, plenty of truck parking, and clean bathrooms. You can tell the store is older and from what my husband noticed they have done some upgrading. Would recommend whether you are just stopping in for break/snacks or parking overnight.
I wouldn't call this a pilot, it's a truck stop with an old school truck stop feel. Bathrooms were dirty and out dated, store was cramped and no recognizable pilot food or coffee offerings. They only provide pilot discount on fuel, not on food items.
Watch out for the potholes. You could bottom out a truck in those things!!!

I don’t normally write negative reviews but I encountered one of the rudest clerks I’ve ever met at a pilot. First, they don’t accept Good Sam for regular gas only for diesel. Second, I was having difficulty with two different pumps. I attempted three times to use my card. I informed a older woman clerk who became very argumentative and told me if I didn’t like how they did things to go across the street for my gas. I did just that and will never return to this station!
Had 4 diesel pumps for tractor trailers. Mens room only had one stall working and there was a line. It’s not a true Pilot travel center. Can’t use points here. The cafe that was there ran out of chicken tenders by 11:30. Cigarettes over $11 a pack. 1 20oz Mtn Dew was $2.68.
Overall not impressed.
