Called several times to this location to see if they had an available part in stock. No answered phone calls. I called several times. I decided to drive to the store to check in person. While waiting in line for about 20 minutes their phone was ringing non stop. When I got to the counter I spoke with a female worker. I asked her why nobody was answering the phone? She just laughed at me. I asked her why do you find that amusing? Those are customers calling about parts. Some of them are a long drive out and are checking availability. I am one of those customers. She still didn't give me an answer and just thought it was funny. So I checked on the part. It wasn't in stock so I left. Waisted my fuel and time.
This is my 3rd time calling this branch at 7:30 I just got off of work they same not to ever answer there phones this is starting to be ridiculous gonna start ordering my parts online
Nobody answers the phone. It rings until they automatically hang up.And other times, rather than put you on hold they hang up on you. The competition is only a block away.
Horrible customer service... Phone calls were more important than the customers in store! Women working there claimed they didn't speak English, and didn't understand my Spanish, and I'm fluent in Spanish!
Great place for your car needs and if they don't have the part you can order it and usually next day service,they also lend out tools or gadgets I borrowed their fuel pump tester vs buying a new 1 and that wasn't it,you just have to leave a deposit.
I was expecting to get help from somebody who would have atleast basic knowledge of car's but the person that helped me did not I had to tell her how to look it up on her computer I thought they would hire people with knowledge of mechanic's also she could barely speak english I mean come on O'Reilly hire better people big'ol franchise like that you would think they would have semi pros at this you know.
They were awesome because I bought a battery for a 250 pesos dollars when I came out to find out that Douglas police stole my car I came back angry and upset they gave me my money back with no hesitation whatsoever what you made the whole situation a bit more easy to handle thank you very much
This is the place to go for Auto parts. Two other competitors are on the same road, and I don't use them unless O'Reilly doesn't have the part I need. This is a very busy store, but the make the wait short and easy. Good products, good folks.
These guys are great. I have been here dozens of times and they are always friendly and helpful. There is no waiting around, like at AutoZone. The store faces North, so you can park in the shadow of the store.
Sometimes your stop here might require a little patience, because they tend to stay very busy here. Outstanding customer service and inventory stocked on hand. Just be very careful that you don't inadvertently go into Mexico when trying to get there.
