So I'm from out of town and working close by in Chinle and decided to check out the flea market. Well, I found out that this girl does not know how to drive in the mud and got stuck. I called my insurance company and was told that B&C would come to get me out of the mud.
I didn't get their names but the two men who helped me got their quick and were so friendly and helped me out of my situation! I was so thankful for them and would honestly use them again if I'm ever in a situation like that! Thanks B&C!!

The guys saved us from a disastrous incident outside of Monument Valley with our camper. They were extremely helpful going out of their way to get parts, fix it roadside and get us back on our way the same day. They were incredibly kind and respectful. They responded asap, kept in touch, made sure we were safe, and were able to get us on our way before sundown!
We were stranded with a blowout and no other tow company in the area would come help us for less than $1,600. B&C was a little later than promised because half the crew was called to an accident but Ray and Al showed up and switched out our spare on the dirt in the dark. They were friendly and hard working!
That said, we can’t get them to send a receipt. We need it for AAA!
This company saved my family from a catastrophe! Our car hit a rock, which popped both of the right tires. We tried to message many local companies, to no avail, as the road was flooded. Nearly 20 miles from the nearest town, it seemed that there was no way out. Luckily, we contacted them and they responded in no time, immediately trying to help us out of our predicament. The truck driver, Al, was nearly to our location, when he realized that the road was shut down. He spent 2 more hours taking another route to get us. Even when Al spent many hours on the road without eating dinner, he still kept a positive attitude and was incredibly kind to us. He went out of his way to safely transport us to a tire repair shop and an inn. In addition to everything above, the price was incredibly fair for the situation. I highly recommend B&C Garage & Towing to anybody who needs help!
These guys were crazy busy over the Labor Day weekend when we were in dire straits with a disabled vehicle in Kayenta. We needed it towed to Flagstaff and had to get ourselves there, too.
After a day-long battle with the insurance company and even more mid-tow, our car and we were finally in Flagstaff.
B&C figured out a way to make this all happen with some tough negotiations with the insurance company and some creative thinking on their part.

Absolutely the BEST team! My family (including 5 kids)and I were stranded in the middle of nowhere, when it was over 100°, no thanks to our rental car company.
Dwayne went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our rental company cancelled our tow truck twice before Dwayne got ahold of our situation and he fought for us. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. He made sure we knew he and his team were going to make sure we were going to get home!
We were stranded for 42 hours on a holiday. I truly believe we would have been there for several more days had it not been for the BC Garage team. They drove all the way to Albuquerque to pick up our replacement vehicle so we could get home.
I wish we had been able to meet Dwayne so I could have hugged him.

I had an accident in many farms I rolled my Tahoe, I was taken into an ambulance and they towed my Tahoe. I had brand new rims and tires on there and 3 of them were still in great condition. All I tried to get back were the rims and tires but the wouldn't do it. Now Ive passed by and saw all my tires were gone. 3 great tires, brand new tread and black rims. Gone.
Bad service!! The girl in the office told me she doesn't not have to give me any information about my vehicle n the number Listed if u google Taylor's Towing it automatically take u to B&C Towing,the phone listed a man says to take it up with Google for the wrong #.smfh!!!
I get prices on everything is going up, but the charges these people are doing are insane. No wonder their lot is full. No one wants to pay that much it's ridiculous.
These awesome folks rescued my daughter after an accident while traveling. Everyone along the way went above and beyond to secure her truck and transport her to safe lodging. A big shout out to Broccoli and Chewie for the roller-coaster ride!
What an amazing group of mechanics. This shop was my savior during a very stressful situation. I’m on my way to North Dakota and my tire literally flew off my truck. They came an towed me to the shop and then one gentlemen took me to a hotel for the night. The next day the team gathered me a new rotor, hub, put my full size spare on. We all laughed and joked and just felt so friendly and helpful. We’re all best friends now. They took the time to do the job correctly and made sure I was on my way. I’m so grateful to this shop and will forever remember the kindness and integrity of this group of mechanics. If you’re stuck on the road these are the type of mechanics you want picking you up. Make sure you’re friendly too then they work really hard.
We were stranded at sunset between Many Farms, AZ and Kayenta, AZ...our trailer tongue was damaged to where it was not towable. We called several tow companies that were 2 hours + away. They wanted to charge up to $1900.00 just to tow our trailer (didn't include the repairs). We we fortunate to have a state trooper stop by. He recommended and called B&C Garage and Towing. They came out in an hour and made a temporary fix (in the dark) so we could pull it to their shop. Duane and James were super accommodating and our trailer tongue is sturdier than the original. Prices were incredibly reasobable. If you are ever in the area these are your "go to" guys. Thanks so much!
We discovered that one gas station was out of diesel and that every other one in the area was closed the hard way. This company brought us fuel fast, and were very affordable. James was professional and kind. Hopefully we do not need this service again, but I recommend them 100% if you do.
My mom and I were on a road trip and got stranded due to a bad alternator. These guys were such a blessing! They came and got us off the side of the highway on a Sunday night and got us back on the road very quickly. Prices were fair and all the people that were part of the crew were wonderful. We might have to stop back just to say hi!!!! I cannot recommend them enough.
B&C Garage has some of the most honest and hardworking mechanics I’ve ever met. We were stranded on the side of the highway at night trying to get in contact with any tow company, and B&C was the only service that would help us. Dwayne stopped what he was doing, turned around and drove 20 miles back to where we were stuck so we didn’t have to wait alone in the dark for his driver to arrive. While we were waiting for the tow truck, he started looking at our vehicle trying to find the problem. The next morning, he had the car fixed and ready to go for us. He helped us with countless other things, gave us advice about our vehicle and updated us on the laws in Arizona (we were traveling from out of state). He may be the most generous and helpful individual that I have met while traveling. The guys at his shop are friendly, hardworking, and honest people. Recently we were traveling with another couple through Arizona with 2 trucks and 2 horse trailers with living quarters. The transmission went out in our companions vehicle. The highway patrol located BandC towing and they came to our rescue with 2 trucks one for the trailer and one for the truck. We were towed to their business. On a Sunday they put us ahead of their list and pulled the trans out. Duane and James went above and beyond to get the transmission rebuild. We were traveling back to South Dakota and once on the road we stopped off in Farmington, we discovered that the trans needed a adjustment, after we contacted them they drove up to check it out, they then discovered that by no fault of their own, we had a faulty part. Once again they returned with the new part and installed it. Perfect. If not for the talent and dedication by Duane, James, and their crew we might still be stranded, but we’re back in South Dakota with no problems at all. I can not say enough about this outstanding business and their employees. Thanks again?
On July 29, 2020 my son and I drove in to Kayenta, Az and our alternator broke down in town. I thank the desert spirits, that it did not happen on the road. Our 1997 Mercedes G was tow strap by a kind man from the community to a local hotel. The next morning I called Duane at B&C garage and immediately assisted in getting me a replacement. He reached out to his part supplier in Kirtland NM for a overnight replacement. Friday Duane was waiting in Kirtland for the part. But UPS did not show. On Saturday morning Duane located a good used alternator and said we will get your truck running. By 5:30pm I had the alternator in hand and a reminder he drove 100 miles from Farmington NM. I installed the alternator and by 6:30 Pm the truck was running. I want thank Duane for your help, and he is gentleman.
This place is a rip-off overcharge you with a lot of things and most likely they probably take out your good battery put a cheap battery in there take off Parts on your vehicle while your car is impounded
