Joe was very professional and prompt. He picked up our trailer more than a 100 miles out of town on a rough road and made sure the load was secure and made it to town safely. It was a Saturday so he brought his son along which I thought was great! He also transported our trailer on Monday to the mechanic shop once we were able to arrange it. My vehicle died out at Knik river Ave was told by several companies they couldn't help me. I reached out to Eric and he was happy to help and got the car taken into the shop in Anchorage. Although I can understand the other companies hesitation with my situation, it was nice to have someone offer a few solutions and to show up to see what they could do. In my past experiences I know towing can be a bit expensive and was surprised by the amount quoted and felt it was very reasonable for the situation and distance.
When I needed help on 2 different occasions they came they were prompt and helpful. The 2nd time they came despite the weather knocking them around allowing me to go inside.
My f550 truck slipped parking brake went across the road and into a steep ditch hitting a tree. It was leaning badly . Eric and his dad were able to winch it out with no additional damage and tow it back to my driveway. Outstanding service and a very reasonable rate.

Setup a tow for my poor old red Chevy. Brakes had went out. Set it for 730. The poor driver called me and asked if he could have a few minutes to stop by home and grab a bite to eat. Im like all good man. Ty for calling. Communication is key. We aren't all Karen's. Total pro st the job and the lady that answered the phones set it ip nice. The guy was super helpful and knowledgeable. This is my goto in the valley as long as im here. No doubt.
My experience w towing hasn't been the best since sometimes they unwelcomemly take your car cause you parked on a no parking zone but this time I went ditch diving because of the weather and having the towing available to bail me out the ditch was absolutely great! And such a relief to be able to get hooked up and dragged out the bad situation I was in.

After being referred to by other towing companies because my situation was too difficult at night. I called Happy Hooker to get my F-250 full extended cab, 8’ bed with plow and sander to safety.
I was plowing and sanding when my truck lost traction and slid 50 feet backwards down a steep hill. I turned to wedge the truck against the bank which left the back half hanging off the edge held up by trees I uprooted.
Tow operator Eric arrived and within a short period of time had my truck back on solid ground without any damage to the truck!

Happy Hooker is my hero! After hiking all afternoon at hatcher Pass, I got back down to my car only to realize my keys had fallen out of my pocket. It was cold, windy and I had my two dogs with me. I called a few other Tow companies and they couldn't help me, at this point I felt like I was in a minor crisis because I was getting very, very cold. I called Happy Hooker and Roberta in the main office stayed calm and assured d me that they would come take care of me. When Eric arrived with his truck, he had the heat on full blast and put my dogs in the front seat with him! I stayed warm by the heater blower and he did all the rest. I am very very grateful for this company! They will be the only company I use in the future!

I broke my drive shaft almost 100 miles from Anchorage around 9pm on a Thursday night. A 52 year old woman alone. A truck was there as soon as was legally possible. The driver quickly and carefully secured my Yukon on the flatbed. He was friendly and professional. The ride into Anchorage was pleasant and comfortable. I never felt uncomfortable or like a burden to the helpful young man who rescued me and my vehicle. Yes, it was definitely worth every penny and I will be saving their name and number if I ever need a tow!♡♥♡Kevin was an answer to my roadside prayers!
