The staff is very helpful. They answered many questions for me, taking their time to explain their process and the reasons behind the way they do things. Offered fair values for metals and offered to help carry items from my truck. I have recycled metals with them twice and will continue to do so.
Just had a terrible experience. Do not go here if you are a female. First no one helped me because "they thought I was with a guy" then I stood for an hour while they went through my metal explaining to me why my copper wasn't worth the full price. The guy weighing it did all the math in his head...he never used a calculator and kept forgetting the weight. I would request he re-weigh it and then he'd remember the correct weight. If there was a single screw (magnetic material) my pure copper would be put in the "junk" pile. He put all of the metals seperated into 6 groups combined on the scale and would lift one off then say...this is the weight. He only actually weighed 3 of them. But after an hour I no longer cared. For a full size truck bed of copper, brass, and heavy pure aluminum I was barely paid $100. Rip-off.
Excellent every time! It didn't matter if it was a full stick of steel, a remnant, custom cuts, it all happened. True of the metals recycling arena as well!
