Was in need for new wipers and the service guy looked them up for me. Friendly and helpful.

The people at this location are very helpful. On our first time through Tok we had sustained a broken driver side mirror on our RV. They had a piece of reflective mirror material that solved that issue. Now heading back to the lower 48, the starter battery has been giving us some problems, so decided to stop here to get a new battery. Got the battery and they were gracious enough to install as well. If ever in Tok and you need car/truck/RV parts please stop and do business with them

Our truck was broke down and I walked from Young’s Hotel to Napa for some tools. It was cold and blowing snow and the owner Mandi was nice enough to give me a ride back to the hotel. Thanks Mandi I appreciate it!

To expensive for me prices went sky high

I recently called to ask for a description and part number of a water pump gasket for a 97 Tacoma 2.7. Not only was Austin extremely helpful and patient with me, but also able to describe the gasket in great detail. Super happy with the customer service here.

I had a wheel sheer all the studs off of my trailer axle 20 miles East of Tok. I limped my way back to town and stayed the night there. I went to Napa the following morning when they opened to see about studs for the trailer hub. They didn’t have the specific items in stock, which I expected to be the case, but the lady at the counter pointed me in the direction of a shop in town that could help with parts and getting the hub fixed. Without her advice, I would never have gotten out of town that day. Thank you so much!!!
