I hit a deer. It took 6 months for it to be finished and then went to pick it up and not only was the bumper the wrong color,, the power steering pump was still whining, still a dent in the door, left the undercarriage splash guard off, check engine light was on, tire was flat (no problem with the tire to begin with), fender wells were falling off. No pride in the work at all. Took it back and they repainted the bumper the same wrong color, refused to fix the power steering pump, claimed they couldn't check why the check engine light was on, and refused to fix the dent. And I won't even go into the billing and insurance claims of it. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed properly!
Prime example of why you cant do buisness local. And have to shop online bad services and lazy people. Lady at front desk desk was to busy reading an iPad to help me.
