- He figured out one "rattling sound" as we all drove down the road with him.
- He was straightforward when he said he would have to figure out the A/C issue and that may be someone else's wheelhouse. In the end, he was able to fix it at a surprisingly good price.
- With each issue, he broke it down for us in easy to understand terms (we're not mechanically inclined) different options, the risk/benefits of each one and a fair price.
In short, we will definitely bring him our other family vehicles and absolutely recommend him to others!
No one likes to be broken down on the side of the road..but I must say the driver of Wise Towing, Chris Wise, not only came to my (my dads) rescue but it was all his qualities that I was highly impressed with. Mr. Wise was very proficient and knowledgeable of the technical duties and completed them in a timely matter. He went above and beyond.
However, it was his customer service qualities that impressed me. He was extremely polite and made me feel everything was going to be ok...I had questions regarding the whole ordeal and his patience was outstanding and not once did he speak in a condescending manner. If Chris Wise depicts the character of Wise Towing employees, I would recommend Wise Towing and Recovery the only company to call !

My car broke down leaving Bham and looked up closest towing service and could not have lucked up more! They got there in 20 and great price for a 2 hour tow. They made me feel very comfortable as a woman alone at night. The owner was in close contact consistently to ensure my safety and the driver, Jake, was very kind and accommodating.

Chris & his brother towed my van after an accident this week and I couldn’t have asked for better service. They were both super friendly and helpful during and afterwards to get things settled up with the insurance. Hoping I don’t require their services again anytime soon, but would definitely call them again if needed.

Saved my son who was on side of busy interstate on a Friday evening! So thankful as a parent to have them come in 15 minutes and help our son. They were not only professional and knowledgable but courteous as well. My son rode with them and was so thankful to be with someone safe who cared about his situation! This was an experience I have never had to deal with. They picked up my vehicle after an accident. Locked it up on their yard. Nothing and I mean Nothing was missing. After driving from Panama City Beach for over 5 hours and having only an hour and a half left of our drive until we were back home, our transmission decided to give out on us on the side of the highway. Desperate to get home, we decided to call a towing company closest to where our gps said we were and I went with Wise Towing and Recovery because of their reviews raving reviews. Big shout out to Jacob for not only coming to our rescue so we quickly but for letting us ride in his tow truck with him the whole hour and a half ride back to our home town. 10/10 service I would definitely recommend. These guys are great. I had a car at my old property and I needed it moved. They quickly had it loaded up and headed to its new residence. And they did it all in the pouring rain. Good personalities and a great price! I will happily recommend to anyone needing a tow.
I needed to get a vehicle towed to my house after it broke it down on 78 hwy. i called wise towing. They answered on the first call, explained in detail their rates and told me how much it would cost. there were no hidden fees and the rate was fair. they picked up my car in under 30 minutes and got it to my house safe and sound. 10/10 would recommend. PS they also unlocked my truck a while back after i left the keys inside even though it was Sunday.

Chris with Wise towing was one of the kindest and most responsive mechanics I've had help me out. He came and helped me get my overly tightened nuts off my flat tire on the side of I 22, and made an extremely stressfull situation, much much easier to deal with. I have used this company twice now, once for towing AND repair, and once for diagnostics and repair.. and both times received the absolute BEST service and pricing possible. Chris genuinely cares about each customer and does each and every thing necessary to ensure your vehicle is fixed properly. Chris from Wise Towing honestly saved me. My engine blew on hour 3 of a 6 hr road trip and I was left stranded on I-22 with my dog. Chris was incredibly courteous and clearly explained the service he provided as well as a general timeframe for not only towing vehicle but also any work needed based on my description and work history of the motor.
