My vehicle was towed by this company. First you trespassed on the property the guy waited until someone came in and he followed them in to get my car. He was verbally rude to the maintenance guy. HPD was called upon their arrival they witnessed that my car was not properly on the tow truck my was car was at a tilt. Partial off the side of the tow truck.
I can get my car back but there might be damage to my car. I have enough proof so I will be filing a complaint/lawsuit.
THIEVES!!!!;straight up had 3 pair of sunglasses when they repossessed my truck FOUR DAYS for them to tell me where it was towed to. Went today to reclaim my property which they just throw in garbage bags and did not have time to go through their " itimized" list as I had to drive the hour and 10 min to my job which I missed 2 days last week playing ridiculous phone tag and voicemail. But upon emptying the bag.....HUH..a metal limited edition pair of 23xI sunglasses and the bag to store them in......MISSING!!!!! AND IM SURE IT'LL BE MY WORD AGAINST THEIRS IVE ALREADY LOST ENOUGH TIME DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.....SUSAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE LAST THURSDAY WAS VERY NICE.....EVERYONE ELSE NO!!!
I would give 0 stars if that were an option. This company demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Their representatives entered a gated private property without permission or authorization and behaved in an aggressive and inappropriate manner, including yelling profanity. This type of conduct is unacceptable for any business, especially one operating in a sensitive industry like repossession. Companies in this field should follow strict legal guidelines and maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with the public. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would strongly caution others to be aware of how this company operates. I encourage the company to review its policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and professional conduct standards.
This company caused extreme distress this morning when they mistakenly attempted to tow my husband’s work truck, hooked up to it and everything, then he checked the VIN number and was like my bad this is the wrong truck and not even the right persons name. He then unhooked and left. I guess tow truck companies have a right to pull into your driveway and hook up and lift any car even if it’s the wrong color or model. I don’t care if you had this address on your iPad or not.
I took a client to retrieve her emergency medicine after her vehicle was repoed and the lady in the office looked high as a kite and she was very rude. Anyways my friend has severe seizures and y'all are going to have a lawsuit on you if she doesn't get all of her personal back today. As soon as she has a seizure I'm calling our lawyer.. you got the wrong one today. Btw in finding out what was going on here we also uncovered your operations and will be turned into police and detectives promptly
This company is terrible! I have tried to get ahold of them. They came and took the car out of my driveway around 3am! They tor up my driveway and the outside electric wires. They refuse to tell me where my vehicle is. And i have my wallet and firearms in that car!!! They left the driveway torn up all the way from where it was parked and locked all the way down the driveway and left parked from the vehicle to where they went on the road!!!!

THEIVES!!They will steal all your stuff out your vehicle and then lie about it..Then take your report and say they gone investigate and you never hear from them again.They need to be investigated bc sb up their stealing people personal property of of people vehicles ?But ima call my lawyer and get to the bottom of this!!
Very unprofessional company try to repo said he called the cops waited on them never showed but every time someone walked out he put his hand on the gun. And obey people orders you can’t trust pass just bc u feel like if someone is asking u to leave turn around and leave it’s not that hard
Dudes getting sued ran over fuel lines very unprofessional then proceeded to try to run me off the road with his lift didn’t think we’d find the company good cams tho so definitely getting sued
This company is the worst to be in business. I received a text saying that they canceled my appointment to receive my property out of my car because one person had and emergency. So I call them and asked do I have to reschedule the appointment so I did it over the phone. Meanwhile that taking place they telling me that they already got my stuff out the car and they had it ready for me to pick up because the car it get sold Friday. So when I drive up there I drove in the parking lot to find my car a quick glance and I didn't see it. I asked the lady in the office where my car so I can make sure that I had all my property. Come find out they repo my car took it to there lot went in it I don't even know if they took my stuff or what and they took it somewhere else and will not tell me where my car is telling I have to calling my lender instead telling where car is. And as we speak i still dont know where my car is.I will advise nobody to use this company they are liars about your car, steal property acting like they dont know where anything is.this place need to be investigated about there rule and regulations. And they need get a better staff that knows how to listen instead talking over people and at people like they slow. This place is trash just like the employees.
I just saw a video of someone working for this company chasing a car on 1st Ave in Birmingham, AL. That is so unprofessional and dangerous. Birmingham Police need to get involved. Because at this point, your company is just as reckless as the person they are attempting to tow. You have no business chasing someone in a vehicle!
