So I have a TIRE issue and called roadside assistance. They send Young Guns Towing and Recovery. The guy came and had no guage to check the tires, no air compressor to add air and apparently no way to put my donut on so I could go SAFELY to a tire shop. What’s the point of sending someone who CAN’T help? He told me to go to a gas station and air it up myself. Never done that before and wouldn’t know how. Thanks for nothing Young Guns Towing. I reported this to my insurance company.
Brandon was so professional and knowledgeable about how to pull our truck off the side of a cliff. He stayed with us the entire time we were there and made sure everyone was safe and got to where they needed to be. Prices were fair and very affordable for what he had to do! I will be calling young guns towing for all my needs from here on out!
This towing company is the greatest. They go above and beyond. I really feel that the driver is a low-key angel. He saw us on the side of the road and we were able to contact him and use his service. He stayed on the ph with my hubby for 3hrs as my incompetent Road side service couldn't locate my whereabouts. Brandon made sure we were safe and ended up towing us in. If you're in need of there services please dont hesitate to call and use them.
Ok so I was traveling from Memphis to Birmingham had a flat tire, literally waited on roadside assistance For 7hours no SHOW called Young Guns and he came right on 25 mins fixed me up in no time. Thank You greatly appreciated. Who needs AAA #NOTME

My husband and I had the misfortune of being stranded on the side of the road on the way to Tuscaloosa for the Thanksgiving holiday. These guys came and rescued us and our truck and did an amazing job! They were very professional and easy to talk to! I would recommend them to anyone over the big guys anyday!!
