I was greeted with a big smile and handshake by a young man named Jared. Gotta admit I was a little skeptical of how young he was. He was so respectful and genuine that I was quickly at ease. He asked if we could do a test drive together. A minute or two in he said he thought he knew what it was (a ball bearing issue) but wanted to get back and check it.
We got back and he looked it over and he asked if I could leave it with him for about an hour for him to get an opinion from another mechanic with a little more experience.
When I got back he let me know the other gentleman with more experience thought it was the abs censor because of all the codes they were getting.
He took me to their office and Mr. Vick scheduled me to drop off a couple days later.
I dropped off and got a phone call a couple hours later. It wasn’t the news I wanted but it was something that made me excited for Jared’s confidence. He was right. It was actually a bearing issue that was causing the abs censor to malfunction with all the shaking.
Price was fair. I’ve picked up the truck and driven it about 300 miles and all issues are fixed and I will return for my future repair and service needs.

When I say these guys are the truth, they went above and beyond to fix my car after another shop supposedly replaced a part on my car. The car was in worse shape when I got it back from the other shop and said it would be weeks before they could look at it after I paid them an arm and a leg. I called We service Auto and they got it right in and told me what the issue was and took care of it without braking the bank. I’m really thankful and appreciative of what We Service done for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
These guys are awesome, they really helped me out. I hit a curb and then realized it was a storm drain. They stuck with the quote even after realizing the damage was worse than they originally thought, got me a tire and new wheel (which i wasn’t expecting). It took a little longer than I thought but I understand. An associate of mine recommended them and I’m glad I listened, I have other cars so I’ll be back.
Shopped around for estimates and timing and We Service Autos excelled at both. By far the cheapest and quickest option available. Fixed my car's A/C within a day and didn't charge any more than their estimate.
Super nice people but sent the truck home still leaking oil The owner of this business reads these reviews! He actually cares that his customers are satisfied. He had an employee call about my unfixed problem to make it right. The truck had already been to 2 other shops that failed to fix the leak. The first shop actually said they fixed it twice and didn’t. They actually caused another problem which Wee Service corrected. The original problem still persisted. I was just so tired of shop hopping I took it to a good friend who usually doesn’t take on small jobs. He had already found and fixed the original problem when I got a call from Wee Service. Wee Service will definitely get my return business because they care about customer service!
I have used we service autos for almost 20 years and they have always been very helpful and very honest. They will not over charge you or tell you that more work needs to be done than really does. Years back, On my old 99 GMC Sierra z71 I was hearing a loud rattling noise that many people told me was engine failure. I dropped it off at we service autos and within a few hours, Scott called me and told me it was only Loose bolts in my torque converter. I got out of that mess for only $112. A great honest group off people! Highly Recommend using them.
Cant say much about them, but I recently heard from my friend that they are experienced. My friend suggested me to visit them and talk about my car's problem. I am unsure about whether they work on european cars.
Awesome people , they checked out my transmission fluid , and initially offered me a great deal to drain some fluid as I requested but upon them checking it out they said it was fine .
It's not often you find a shop that you would send your wife or girlfriend to and trust they would give you the same diagnosis that they gave her, but this shop is one of them. They stay busy but still find time to get yours in and accurately figure out the issue. Would recommend if you need work done.
Absolute integrity about every aspect of my auto repair. Totally above board on issues, communications on plans to correct and ultimate repair. This team is exceptional. Trust is the ONLY thing that auto repair shops truly sell and We Service Autos provides that. After this most recent visit , I would have no problem bringing my vehicle to them in the future if needed even though i live approximately 50 miles away. They go above and beyond and deserve a full 5 star rating due to their efforts.
Saved me THOUSANDS of $$$$! My waterpump went out on my truck. I had it replaced at another shop in town that I would not recommend. The day after I got it back my truck died and wouldn't restart. Long story short I thought I had at the least blown a head gasket and more likely done worse because my truck had overheated when the water pump went out. I called We Service Auto's and let them know what had happened and that I wanted to replace the engine. I had them order a crate engine and had to have my truck towed in to their shop because it never would restart for me. When the motor arrived Scott was able to start my truck but it was running rough. Scott had an idea what it was by the way it was running so pulled the main airflow sensor and found it had a lot of debris around it. Cleaned it off, reinstalled, and the truck has run perfect since then! Been almost a month. And even better Scott and Vic were able to return the Jasper motor and get a refund for it and pass that savings on to me. So it went from buying a motor and expecting to have to pay the bill for replacing an engine to a $100 shop fee for cleaning off the airflow sensor!! Scott and Vic were very upfront and honest about everything letting me know what they found the day the first day when they started to look at it, working with me and Jasper to return the motor and get a refund, and pass the savings along to me. You won't find a better shop to work with! I'll never go anywhere else!
I spent 2 days trying to diagnose a problem with my vehicle and couldn't figure it out. So I brought it to here to Scott and he was able to diagnose the problem and help us out within 5 minutes. Highly recommend these guys!
Awesome service and wonderful people! We had engine trouble with our rv 3000 km from home. Showed up early in the morning without an appointment and Scott fixed it right away. We are so thankful these canadian people are forever grateful! Thank you for your Alabama hospitality!
I would have given ZERO STARS, but was required to select at least one. Brought my vehicle in to have all brakes and all fluids checked. Scott pulled the vehicle into the shop but didn't put it on a lift, and therefore didn't take the wheels off to check the brakes. He just eyeballed them through the hubcaps and said I had 40% remaining on both front, and 25% remaining on both rear. Because I didn't trust Scott's diagnosis, the next week I took the car to Warren Tire & Brakes on 15th. After removing all tires and thoroughly inspecting all brakes, was told both front brakes were like new and both rear had about 5 to 6000 miles remaining. Beware of We Service Autos.
The air conditioner wasn't cooling well in my Jeep WJ. They topped off the refrigerant, but found a much bigger problem. The air ducting insolation had dry rotted, this heat was mixing with the a/c. The fact that they were honest and told me the underlying problem speaks volumes. Sadly no one makes the model air box that I need. No worries. It runs cooler than before, and I now have reputable shop for the future.
Scott is the most honest & reasonably priced & knowledgeable mechanic I know in Tuscaloosa. He always gives you the best advice & best deal he can. And Angie is a cool, nice, smart lady!...I REALLY miss Angie! I've been accustomed to sitting in the little office waiting, but they have a new office manager, & her reply is"Then we may have a problem" when I told her I didn't have someone to pick me up. Scott is wonderful as a person & a mechanic, but I don't like the frosty reception.
My daughters car broke down on her late one Saturday evening. Of course nothing is open till Monday! I call Scott first thing Monday and he said he would do his best to get her car finished that day. We get it towed to his shop about midday (12:30-1). He stayed late that day to get her car fixed and had her back on the road... might I add it was a 4 hour job he did for us!! Great people to deal with an very nice people. Great to know these college kids in T-town have mechanics that you can depend on knowing the parents are not there to help!!! Thanks Scott and his guys for treating us so well and RTR!!! Definitely will use him again and recommend him to anyone!!
Great and honest people .we definately reccomend to others.i will always bring my car here when needed .all of the workers are honest and good people .they are honest about how long it will take to fix your car and what the problem is . the prices are reasonable too . i will be back for an oil change soon .we need more mechanics like these who are honest and loyal.this is the best shop i have ever been too ;)
