Went there today to get my battery checked and was helped by Alex. He was very nice and tried to help me figure out what was wrong with my car !I am not from here and my family lives away from here so he pointed me in the right direction, will definitely come back here if I need any help!
I stopped by this morning and the lady who helped me was so kind and patient! I don't know much about my vehicle and she took the time to inspect my vehicle while explaining everything. I highly recommend this store.

Most of the staff know what they're doing, others are only there for a paycheck. Staff is always friendly and when not busy can answer your questions and feel like they're being pressured.
Shane was super helpful and great. Im a student and went in to get a new headlight for my car. He helped me get the right one, switched them out for me, and helped me clean the corrosion of my battery.
Had to have my battery replaced this morning. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Key, the employee who assisted me, was very helpful. He hooked me up with the right battery and replaced it for me at no charge.
Needing new windshield wipers, As I’ve have used AutoZone before with excellent results as well as being aware of AutoZone’s reputation, convenient locations & knowledge they would install windshield wipers at no cost- I already knew I was going to purchase wipers there. I wasn’t disappointed. Clerk was friendly & helpful. I was greeted immediately upon entering with clerk expressing an eagerness to assist. As soon as I told employee what I needed, he quickly obtained auto information to select appropriate sized wipers & installed quickly. I was in & out in 15 minutes or less! AutoZone has been my go- to for everything diy auto for decades with absolutely no complaints
FLOYD!!! OMG he was so so helpful. im a college student that lives over 3 hours away from home, i needed a new battery for my car and me and my boyfriend went to this location, Floyd was immediately so so helpful and guided us through the best option for price and quality. He talked to us about school and family and made both my boyfriend and I super comfortable. Hes such a dad, ICON!
I called Monday to order a part was told by William that it would be here Friday. I called them Friday to see if it has been delivered and William never ordered my part. I was also left on hold for 42 minutes. Not sure what’s going on at that store, but y’all need to learn how to do your job. Let’s give a big hand for William. You need to be fired!
Key came out and checked to be sure I got the right bulb and installed it. Made sure it was working properly. I was able to observe fast courteous service from all employees to other customers while I was there. Definitely a 5 star business.
Jann B gave me EXCEPTIONAL customer service! She gave me options and a quick solution. She was even nice enough to install my brake light bulb for me. Such a sweet lady. I’ll always come back to this location to see her!

Stopped in tonight to have my battery tested and ultimately replaced. While I appreciate the gentlemen's efforts, the attitude and half-A installation was unnecessary.
Nobody wants to have a battery replaced at 8:15pm on a Friday. We all want to go home but that doesn't mean having an attitude with the customer OR being extra rough on their vehicle because you're annoyed you have to work. The jerking on my battery because you couldn't locate how it was secured. Glad I was there to youtube it for you.
Long story short, just install your own battery. I had to go home and secure my battery because it was half-A installed which means is was physically sliding around due to the securing boot not being tightened. Literally one bolt to secure the bolt. If you can still turn it, probably isn't secure....
My stepdad, mom and myself, we unfortunately we had a flat tire in front of the store #4954 AutoZone, and pulled into the parking lot .I went into the store to see if I could get at least some kind of help for my stepdad who is 66 years of age and .because he was having some health problems ( also because he had a scissor jack and I know those dangerous) One young man said he'd come out and help, then he just disappeared I went back in to see what had happened to the young man ( but I do not recall his name). That's when the rest of the employee's became real rude and hateful including mgmt. Said that they did not help change tires or any help at all.
The 5 stars is for one employee in particular at the AutoZone in Cottondale. Don C. was the man who helped us the 2nd time we came in (4th time in all. Two other times were a different AutoZone). Don was the only one who went above and beyond to help us. He got all the info in the computer and he was the only one who noticed there were two different part numbers and part types for the same year model vechile. Got home with the correct part and got everything put back together and the vehicle is working like a dream. Thanks Don C!

I bought one ignition coil in hopes that this would fix my misfiring issues from that specific cylinder. However, another coil misfired a week after repair and I decided to buy the rest of the coils. I should have just bought the multi-pack in the first place, but now had to buy individually, which was way more expensive. Captain Kirk III helped me out with the price and was super helpful in getting the rest of the coils for me, some from other stores. His customer service was exceptional and saved me a good bit from what I otherwise would have spent. Would recommend this place in particular!
They saved me $200 on a battery and installation. My dealership wanted to charge me literally twice as much as they did and I got a better quality battery to boot! Caleb was so nice, helpful and put me at ease after a really rough start to my day! I highly recommend them!
Ethan and his team always go above and beyond to help me. They offer free testing service and have an awesome special tool loaning program. Christa and Shane are especially helpful. Great environment, great experience.
I was there when it was "busy" (I guess) and it seemed they were just trying to get us out instead of help us. Even though I was there much earlier than some other people who had showed up, I was told I had to wait because I was being given a free service (they were running the code on my car). Well, that free service could have been me buying the parts I need. I don't mind going somewhere else. I prefer the Advanced Auto Parts across the street.
