Morece Cotton is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Amazing customer service! Knows how to have great conversations and is so funny and respectful!!!! Super sweet & helpful! There were 10 people in the store when we got there and he helped every person and was still able to come out and look at our car! If you go here ask for Moe!!!! 10/10

Tito customer service is so amazing and he’s fast and patient. He knew what I needed when I didn’t I promise I called multiple stores in Tuscaloosa and I did find a store cheaper but I enjoyed his service so much I still purchased there for the simple fact I didn’t want to leave and not make a purchase after he had been so awesome. I was in need of some new wipers for my car. I don’t have a good experience with purchasing those at other auto part stores around town. I decided to stop by at the store on Skyland and hoped it was a positive experience. Tito greeted me instantly and was very quick to help. He was extremely friendly and nice. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great and easy. I’ll be back to continue purchasing from this location simply because of the great customer service Tito provided.

Needed a battery for my kia. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The sales rep was very helpful and in less than 10 minutes me and my new battery were on our way. That was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I appreciate the professional way I was treated.

Shane K. Has to be one of the worst workers.. he has no customer service experience, rude an disrespectful.. but the store it self will always be my favorite store I give the store 100 stars.. I called before I came in for a 2018 DD R/T blinker.. I walked in an went straight to the counter Shane was busy helping somebody else.. but never the less I just walked In the store and waited to be helped.. he finally comes to the register.. while the ppl that he helped came to the register.. he say to everybody I jumped them.. but clearly I just walked in a store an I refuse for somebody to be rude and disrespect me like I knew.. then he asks me what do I need I told him I just called about a blinker he says go to aisle four an go look for it.. I paused an said how about you show me because u didn’t tell me a part number an your supposed to help if I need help.. still being a di@@ it’s not on the floor it’s behind the register smart ssa.. so at this point he comes back to the register trying to get smart again.. the ppl behind me are like she’s good she’s a lady an it wasn’t that serious.. he’s ringing me up an lord I couldn’t take the bs anymore I told him about his self in front of his other customers of how rude he has been.. the embarrassment the disrespect.. an still all I just walked in the door.. if I broke like while not just say let me get these ppl an I’ll be right with you an that would’ve been understood.. but if I’m wrong then somebody please comment underneath an tell me were I’m wrong.. I went in today for some spark plugs and as usual my 4 year was all over the place raising my anxiety but Tito somehow calmed my little guy down and kept him preoccupied so I could finish up my purchase without having to stop and chase my 4yr old. This was probably the easiest shopping experience with a kid I've had in 4 years! Thanks Tito!!

Jacob is an absolute life saver. My truck happened to break down about 500 ft from his shop at 6 in the morning and he not only towed me out of the intersection, but helped me sit there and diagnose the problem I was having. He offered a ride anywhere I needed in town and gave me a number to a mechanic he trusted. I saw him give the same kind service to multiple others while I sat waiting for a tow. Whatever he's getting paid it ain't enough!

I've worked at Advanced in GA & have been through many ones throughout the state, but this one here is far by the worse customer service ever . The lady with short grey hair was disrespectful . I'm stranded on the freeway & we came to buy a part here but instead I headed on to Autozone . & what kind of retail store doesn't allow customers that are spending $ use the restrooms ?!! Went on & bought my part got me back on the road & they let me use the restroom .

Went to the one on skyland in Tuscaloosa. Asked about a tool. Employee behind register ignored me the first 3 times while on the phone then was a smart and. Screw this place.

Cashier was helpful but seemed a like maybe having a bad day or something not very talkative for someone who deals with public but who knows what this person may have been experiencing in his life so I completely understand

A huge thank you to Jacob for helping my mom and I in our time of need. We were there in search of material to secure a truck load of furniture and belongings. After helping us find the right ones, he took the time to help us attach the bungee cords to our truck then recommended another piece of equipment that he also put on our truck for us. Outstanding customer service from this guy. He made sure we felt safe driving 400 miles back home. Highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts on Skyland and Jacob !!!

Yesterday I bought a pair of Bosch Clear Max 26OE wiper blades on the Internet. Today I went to pick them up and had them installed by the Advance Auto Parts employee. Didn’t have my eye glasses with me. When I got home I looked at them and they were different (shape, fit). The passenger side blade was not what I paid for. Not enough pressure to the windshield. I called and I was told that they don’t have another one, but if I go back, they “will see what they can do”. I went back and I was told that they got the right part from another store. Same employee replaced the passenger side wiper. Big mistake by me for not checking it out. I trusted him. When I got home and looked at a new blade, I couldn’t believe it: he installed same part number that was wrong from the beginning! Even though it’s not a cheap part ($46+ for the set), I will not go back. They just lost a customer who spent thousands of dollars at that store in 15 years.

This location is always helpful, they are always friendly, and they usually have what I need. This location is closest to my house which always makes it convenient as far as travel goes, and their customer service is good as well. I've never had an issue with returns or exchanges, they always make sure I get my points for purchases, and they always take an extra step to make sure you have what you need. I highly recommend this location

Steve the manager is very unprofessional, i took my battery for a charging which i was informed would take 35mins, i return an hour and half later to a melted battery post because the battery wasn’t removed until i returned back to the store, i was told my battery had a defect that caused it to melt and because of my battery they have to replace their battery post, which was all bs, i went to the other advanced auto on the other side of town and their employees told me if my battery had a defect they would’ve never have put it charge because it wouldn’t have charged, my speculations was right as they confirmed that Advanced Auto Parts owed me a battery because they left it on charge too long. So i called the store and ask for a manager, this is what i get “ this is Steve, how can i help you”-with an attitude then hung up in my face and wouldn’t let me talk when i was trying to explain to him what i was told at the other store and he said it was your battery so i said you know i can report this right and he responds by saying do what you got to do and hung up, i will not be returning here and i hope some action is taken for his rude behavior. Btw i only gave it one star because i couldn’t give zero

The service we received today confirms why we have chosen to go with other auto parts stores in the past. We were skipped over twice for customers that were in line behind us, the clerk that helped us did not at all have it together, said "God dang" (not appropriate) a few times as he was unable to get our receipt receipt printed correctly, and as the phone was ringing. Gave 2 stars because they had the part we needed.

The service tech Key was great help!!! I had ordered some parts on line to pick up in the store. When i got there the store did not have the parts. Key was knowledgeable in what he was doing and refunded my money and sent me on my way. Great job Key!!!

I needed assistance with tail light. The associate on inside said they can't help put it in. Went outside. Asked a gentleman just arriving to work to show me how and I would do it.. He was an older gentleman. He did it for me. I really appreciated that because I had no clue

The girl working the desk was very helpful and actually went and got the parts I was after despite being fairly busy. Most places would just call the number out and expect you to remember, but she went above and beyond. Thanks!

I'm a regular customer here. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. This store has many great auto products avaliable. The service here is fast. Employees are willing to help you with a vehicular problem if applicable. I recommend this place.
