I am so happy with the service that Leigh M. Provide me and my husband. We went looking for a part for our truck and she help us a lot. She even show us the way to make it work she was really nice. Definitely going back to see her.

Representative was helpful and patient. I was having to fix something on the fly, in the rain, and at 730am on a Saturday. She dealt with me being curt well.

Very disappointed. Went in there two days ago to get a new battery for my car, and it went dead within two days (with nothing left on in my car. Was just a bad battery) and when we went here to get it tested and replaced (under the 3 yr warranty that came with the battery) they told us that our battery was just fine and that they couldn’t replace it, not to mention the people in there didn’t seem to know what they were doing and had bad attitudes, and they couldn’t find my account (that they’ve never had issues pulling up before, including when we got the battery two days ago). Also bought a replacement bulb for my headlight from here where the shelf showed it was $10, and yet when they rang us out it was closer to $20 with the subtotal before tax being around $18. Not the first time this has happened either. We went to the location on McFarland where they tested the battery and said it was bad and replaced it for us. I will no longer be coming to this location.

Monique is the BEST customer service rep at this location! Everytime my husband go in there, he says she know exactly what he needs and always give him accurate information!!! Thanks for all your hard work & dedication queen!

I went by this morning to look for some trailer lights. I walked through and didn’t see what I needed. No big deal. However the two guys working never once acknowledged me. One had headphones on and was doing something on the computer. The other was just there behind his computer. Never said a word or asked if I needed help. Won’t be going by this store again.

The sales attendants there really have an abundance of knowledge of the parts they sell and what ever problem automotive wise you might be having they have the answer and the part to fix it.

The only person who knew about anything was the manager. The rest of the employees were wandering around outside and in the store. I went to buy a common spark plug but didn't have it..... that would be a great spot for an auto part store... I went across the street and got what I needed..

I usually don't have any issues but this time they couldn't find our phone number so we couldn't use our points on top of that the lady that supposedly is there to help people was extremely rude.

Very helpful for me and courteous. I only use these guys for anything auto related that I might need, because their prices are hard to beat. As a matter of fact I was just there earlier, and one of the sales associates pointed out to me that I had qualified for a $5 discount on today's purchase. You don't get that kind of service just anywhere. Which is why I always come back.

I was the only customer in the store and not a single worker would get off the phone to ring me up. The worker that i was standing in front of hung up the phone, looked at me a dialed another number. Rude. Went across the street and got helped right away. They lost my business.

Always very helpful staff. Great prices on parts. Also I can get car quest auto parts here. I did not realize Car Quest and Advance Auto parts are the same company now.

I took the cranking battery out of our golf cart to buy a new one. Turned out the battery was good as proven when they tested it. I think I've found the problem now that was making the starter motor drag when I stepped on the pedal. Headed to the repair shop tomorrow for them to replace a wrong belt they put on last week. I'm glad not to have purchased a battery when I didn't need one.

Their first to ask if you want help. Their very patient and know what you are looking for most of the time. Trying them out would be to your advantage.

Thankfully these people have a computer to turn to or else the employees would not know what to say or do. Rude customer service and long lines.. AutoZone is right next door at least some of the employees there actually have some knowledge of car care.

When I walk into a store and there are four employees and just me as a customer, I expect to be greeted. I expect to be asked if I need any assistance. Obviously my expectations are to high. Another note, if they have something on their online inventory, call the store, because they can't do that right either. They seem to have a high turn-over rate, because I have never seen the same person in there, and they are always training someone. Save yourself a headache and go across the street or drive across town to another Advanced auto, which they have made me do anyway on a life time warranty, when their computer said they had the part in stock.
