Lady at the desk… OLD & RUDE.. How do you tow someone’s else vehicle after an accident then wanna charge them 1000s of dollars to just get their belongings. Never seen such rude employees before.. Don’t go here & def DO NOT CALL FOR TOWING PURPOSES. Rude & very unprofessional. They should be ashamed. & at the time when you give ppl your card you should also tell them how much you’re gonna charge them…. Maybe a little common knowledge for you..

🚨 Wayne’s Body Shop – BE CAUTIOUS After my accident, my car was towed here. I was told I had to pay hundreds of dollars just to access my personal belongings, including my ID. Only after referencing Alabama towing laws was I allowed in — under surveillance, timed, and with resistance. Once inside the gate, we were still met with a hard time. I later found multiple reviews saying the same. Know your rights if you end up here after an accident. Document everything and don’t go alone.

Poor driving skills from their tow truck driver. Almost forced me off the road.

Did a beautiful job on my bent fender & it looked so great after the car wash. Used polish? 🙃 Then my inside back door handle was ruined. They searched the country & finally found a used door same color for my 2005 vehicle! Above & beyond patience & help! TkQ VERY!

They are the best! Everyone there is so helpful and nice.They did a great job and I will use them again.

Gary is one of the best in Tuscaloosa. They do a great job and customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend them for any body work. They are located just outside Cottondale down highway 11.

Whoever is driving on mcfarland at 2 pm on Sunday is an idiot. Guess he thought if he could of caused a wreck he could of got some business

This is by far the best shop to get work done on your vehicle. I have several cars worked on by them and you can’t even tell work was done on the car.

The sign on the door said to call the shop and someone would come to the door. Other than that, they were okay.

My husband called to have our 2006 Toyota Sequoia towed to our home, we came back to meet the driver only to find out that he pulled up to it when we were 5 minutes away and then left as soon as we got there. Driver claimed to have called and got no response but my step-dad had answered and told him we were on our way there. Guy who was supposed to help towe our vehicle was SUPER rude and unprofessional when I called and asked why he couldn't have waited then 5 minutes for us to get there. I will not be recommending this place to others due to the poor service we received tonight. I will be calling to speak to the owner on Monday to make sure something is done about this.

Tow truck guy quoted one price over the phone then when we get there and wait on him for 45 mins to get there he gives a different price they left my nephew truck open so his battery goes dead they didn't want to help jump it off and wanted to charge us more money to pull it out the gate.

Wonderful I have had 13 vehicles fixed it Wayne's Body Shop will never use anybody else great people

Only had 2 ppl working and could only wait in drive thru we ended up leaving and going somewhere else

These people are utterly unreasonable. They will go every way to try to keep your car for themselves by piling up some random fees on you. Not to mention the rudeness of the lady who sits at the front desk.

I was only there to get my belongings out of my car before insurance picked it up. I think the older woman that works in the office either hates her job or hates life itself. The younger girls were polite. I’m glad they totaled my car because I would hate to have any other dealings with her.

The old woman that works the front desk was extremely rude! No customer service skills or even people skills for that matter. I feel bad for the 2 younger ladies working in the office that have to work beside her. They were nice & helpful but she has to make them miserable! Never again.

Sunday night our dogs locked my husband out of his truck at a rest area in Cottondale. Geico dispatched Wayne's Body Shop for the unlock. Cornbread showed up promptly, and had the truck unlocked quickly. He was pleasant and had great customer service skills. Very highly recommend!

Incredible service and kindness! While traveling my brother, sister in law, and I needed some directions and guidance. At 1:30 in the morning Doug went out of his way to show out of towners where we needed to go. True kindness and help like that are rare in today’s culture. I will always hold the company with such an outstanding employee in high regard. Thank you!!

Rip off, charged over $200 to tow 24 miles and wouldn't let us leave the vehicle where it was after it was on the truck.

Absolutely horrible drivers, very unsafe, drive too aggressive, would never recommend. Intentionally turning bright lights on, front and rear facing bright LED lights, while driving on the interstate.

They have always been my go-to when me or my family needs towing. Great customer service and wonderful people!

He is a true man of his word if you have everything you need he will meet his timeline very quick of his word i would suggest if you need a body shop this the one to got too

Rick came and towed my car when I needed them to and took it to a repair shop for me. He was quick, nice, and went above and beyond customer service. He took the time to call me after he dropped it off at the shop and he hooked up my battery to a jumper just so he could roll up my window. This guy knows what he's doing. For great towing service, call these guys! I will from now on!
