This place is terrible. Please do not take your semi truck here. These guys do not know what they doing. They lie about Fixing stuff on your truck and when you talk to the mechanic, it’s a whole different Ball Park The best thing these guys got is towing your vehicle to a safe place I repeat do not let these guys work on your truck. These guys don’t believe in updating you on what’s going on with your truck and they give you one price and charge another
We owe a huge thanks to Patterson’s. Our Church bus broke down first day of summer camp. I was genuinely concerned that we wouldn’t have a bus to take the students home from camp, but Patterson’s towed our bus to their shop and had us back on the road quickly. I would highly recommend their services.
Stay away from these swindlers! Without any agreement or contract, they were trying to charge us extra for towing. We called them at noon. They said that ETA will be less than 60 minutes. When we asked about the tow truck the after 60 minutes, they replied back to us that "my driver is finishing another tow he was one, will be there in 45 minutes". After 50 minutes more, two truck showed up and worked on our trailer. Job was done in 1 hour. Even though we did have any agreement with them, they were trying to charge us for 2 hours 30 minutes. without the amount they wanted us to pay, they blocked the way we go and did not let us to pass. When we refused it, they called 911 but because we do not have any agreement with them. Cops asked them to move then we are able to move on. I am sick of this kind of people who has no morals. They are trying to rob you every time when they have a chance!
I never expected to get the great service these people provided. My van broke down working in there town . They Came and got the van repaired it and I was on my way in 4 hours . When I was leaving I discovered the person who picked me up and did all the work was the owner of the place and his son Clay . Big operation with great prices . I have never been so happy with a service experience . I own bailey brothers music , I know what good service means .
After dealing with places in the oilfield and moving down here, it was refreshing to have a heavy mechanic shop that wasn’t two weeks out. Fairly priced and so far has done great timely work for me. I will be using them again
Had a major oil leak that shut my truck down today. I called in for some help. They had Brad there in just a few minutes. He was able to get me back on the road in less than 2 hours from the initial call.
Took my semi there for 2 broke bolts in a motor mount, they where going to just replace everything but took the price into consideration an said there wasn't really anything wrong with the mount just bad bolts, saved me a bunch of money an did a great job, I highly recommend them if ur out on the road an in need of repairs,

Cant get a callback to save my life, I have a down truck in the area and these guys have been a giant waste of time. Still waiting on a promised call back. SMH. Now after waiting since April you guys can tow it 5 miles back to your shop for the low price of $500+. What an absolute RACKETT

Stopped in to see if I could get some work done quick the guy said he's about to close up and he's a month behind but what's crazy it wasn't even noon yet and you wonder why you're a month behind 🤔 maybe you need to stay open more and catch up
As I normally do not post reviews, I however feel it necessary to at least say that I was overly impressed with both the work and especially the customer service I was given when I brought in my Freightliner over a faulty air dryer and a very difficult to locate air leak. Why the five stars? Two reasons primarily. One, honesty. When I called for an update of the progress, they had mentioned that as they were a full service 24 hr truck towing and repair center, they had become overwhelmed the previous day but, would have my truck ready by the following morning. Sure enough, by 9am the next morning the work was done. Secondly, although a mechanic had mistakingly crossed my trailer airlines, they immediately corrected the issue and then apologized. This was, in my opinion, just as important in operating a business as not only had they owned up to the mistake, they made it right without any questions or comments. For these two reasons, and not to mention the cost for both parts and labor was much lower than if I had gone to the dealer, this driver will definitely be returning for any future maintenance. Thanks again guys for what you do and how you do it.
I was greeted by a friendly staff! Nevertheless I stop in for a STANDARD WASHOUT. I asked how much?The service guy said it based on how long it’s takes.🚩🚩🚩🚩Normally a standard washout is between $40-$60. It’s took the tech 23minutes and my grand total was $103.39.🤬 Noooo special chemicals was used. Only HAND PUMPED WELL WATER I GUESS🤷🏽♀️ Sooooo if you need a TRAILER WASHOUT ONLY please insist on the price BEFORE THEY FINISH!
Had a major mechanical problem that required a prolonged amount of time to correct the many issues that had to be corrected before I got to drive my truck home.
If my truck broke down again tomorrow, I'd call Patterson Truck Parts for help. Ricky and his folks are very professional do a great job!
Honestly, I received wonderful service. When I walked in I greeted promptly and very kindly. My mechanic Brad was awesome 👍🏿, I had nothing but a positive experience with the company. And yes if from any reason I'm in the area and I experience any more mechanical issues, this is where I'm going🙏🏿🙏🏿
It took them at least 5 minutes to even ask me may I help you as they talked amongst themselves. The technician was great but the customer service was below average. Instead of handing me my receipt he slung it I felt me being a black man played a significant part. Fox news playing on the TV out of all stations. I know once I left they called me out of my name
Very nice staff came Inside to get some work done on my truck parts was all there and ready. I told Ricky what I wanted done and he made it happen no long wait and good price.

I don't know where to begin I am shocked and disgusted with the customer service received from this place.I have never been one to leave a bad review but if I could I would leave - star reviews.One of our trucks from the business was experiencing some issues so we brought it in for them to look at it.They told us that the fuel pump needed to be replaced and gave us a quote on it.We decided to go with them even though it was way above what others quoted.Keep in mind they told us what they were sure was wrong with the truck.Few days later the give us a call stating that the turbo on the truck went out and said that in all it would be 15k parts and labor included, but they reassured that after this it wouldn't have any more issues, a few days go they work on the truck tell us to come pick it up that it was ready for us to take it back out on the road that everything was fixed and we didn't have anything to worry about.We drive pick up the truck 200miles after leaving the shop the truck goes out again.We decided to give to owner a call and told him that we just spent 15k on them preparing the issues his response was hanging up on a customer that spent that amount on fixing the issues that he reassured that the complications were fixed, with that being said I would not trust an owner of a business that takes 15k from a hard working family and hangs up when a customer calls to tell them they are having the same issues he supposedly fixed.He didn't fix the issues correctly and instead of trying to resolve the issues cuz I understand we are only human we make mistakes but the way he went about it was all wrong.You sir will be hearing from my lawyer !!
Good people ! differential went out while traveling through. With Richards many yrs of experience and Addison's good work they got me all fixed up in 1 day and back on the road ! Not to mention ricky keeps the cleanest high tech shop ive ever seen ! My experience at Patterson truck parts was awesome ! Fair price and great service ! God bless you all and many thanks ! This place is redicious when it comes to big trucks needing road side repairs, the mechanic was incompetent calling his self working on the truck for 5 hours and couldn't find the problem but want to charge darn near $800.00 for coming out, fellow truckers think twice before using this so called business for roadside emergencies::::: in response to the owner response you're either a liar or you have done someone the same cause I had my truck towed to a reputable truck repair shop
My sister in law was in need of a local wrecker service when her car broke down. I immediately recommend Patterson Truck parts. After calling for their assistance they were there on site for her within minutes! Very pleased!
