Wow, so fast came in less than 10 minutes and opened the door in about 5 minutes. Lightning speed both getting here and doing the unlocking. Very reasonable price as well and very courteous and caring.

BEST TOWING COMPANY! i had the best driver (TJ). He made sure I wasn’t cold when he was towing my car and even walked me to the restroom because it was dark outside! TJ IS THE EPITOME OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! i will never use anyone else again. the whole experience was professional yet personable the entire time! 10/10 for TJ.

After one tow truck company refused to tow our vehicle and left at the side of the road. our insurance company called Smith Towing. Norman showed up and was such a welcomed sight. He explained everything about what he was doing. It was difficult to load up since the vehicle was locked in park. He did a wonderful job and was very professional at his work. I'd give him 20 stars if I could.

I was at work and discovered I had a flat tire. I made a roadside assistance claim at 3:00 pm and at 3:10 pm a driver was pulling into my job to change my tire. Super friendly staff , quick and easy to work with. I have used this company MANY times and I have not been disappointed once . The best in the business!

I needed a tow on a “roll back tow truck” bc my truck is lifted and I have large off set tires and rims. I called AAA and they dispatched me to this company. I called Smiths towing and she had all my info there. Apparently triple A would only pay for 3 miles as that’s how my membership plan is and she was very clear that it would be $5 per mile, told me the total upfront. To go from where my truck was to Mckelvey’s Chevrolet it’s a total of 9.5 miles. Josh showed up about 45 mins later with a handshake and a smile. Scoped out the situation and made a plan to safely and swiftly get it on the flat bed. I followed him to Mckelvey’s and am very happy with how he cared about what he was doing. ** SIDE NOTE** Before calling triple A, I called the closest tow company just to ask if they had a roll back tow truck. They did. I was literally 2 miles from them. I wasn’t sure if triple A would tow my truck bc of the lift and tires etc.. I asked Crystal at Lake Martin towing just in case how much would it cost to go to Mckelvey’s ? She said $200 and she didn’t have a driver until 4pm that day… Talk about price gouging!! **** I’m SO thankful we used Smiths Towing !! My total was around $33 cash 🙏

Came right out, amazing job on a difficult tow job. We’re able to easily get an antique car out of our garage, turn it around & on the truck- unload in storage. Great price, too! Both guys were so nice. Will def use again.

He took great care of my truck even going the extra mile to get the sliders on to not damage my tires. While the situation was frustrating, Josh went above and beyond. Rented an auto transport unit from U-haul and having issues with the brakes. Smith's towing came to my residence and Jeremy was so helpful. We had to bleed the brake lines and got the brakes working after 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Thank you Jeremy for all of your help.

Smith’s Towing was chosen for us by an insurance company and we could not have been more pleased. The dispatcher worked with us to coordinate a time for pickup of our vehicle so that we could be home when the driver arrived. The driver, Josh, arrived as agreed upon. Josh was friendly and courteous and worked diligently to get our RV in the proper position and securely on the tow bars. That was no trivial task. We live on a small, dead-end street and we had to take care to ensure we left a lane open for traffic. Great communication, friendly and helpful staff would encourage us to use Smith’s for any future towing needs we might have. Thanks for a good experience!

Ran into a culvert and called Smith Towing. Super professional! Josh came quickly and had a tracking app so I knew exactly where he was. He had to go under a breezeway and measured several times to make sure tow truck would clear. Took his time and was very careful pulling my car out to ensure no damage. Once the car was out and checked underneath and drove it to make sure it was okay to dive. I highly recommend Smith towing and will call them in a heartbeat. Nice to know there is a reputable towing business in Tallapoosa County area.

Very fast and professional service, as well as knowledgeable technicians. They send out notifications to inform you how far away they are from you. The guy that came to tow my car was very nice and was ready to assist in any way. Smith’s Towing have the equipment required for all towing needs. My car had a very challenging situation going on, but Smith’s was able to get my car loaded without a scratch and transported to the requested destination. I highly recommend!!

Wonderful customer service! Daughter had a blow out driving home alone, we were 3.5 hours away. Cedric and Josh were both helpful and stayed in communication with us. Josh delivered her car to Birmingham for us and notified us once he arrived at the tire company. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if we ever need their services again.

I didn’t have the opportunity to be outside when they came but I can say this company is hands on and pricing is very reasonable. The receptionist was hands on and made sure my information was saved in their system so if I did call back I would have to repeat my information. As soon as I called and said I was ready for them to pick up my vehicle to tow it, they did just that and was hands on with communication through text, link was secure for payment if not paying with cash and was notified when the driver was five minutes out. The driver was super nice to my son and his friend; he answered questions that he should not have been answering but he did and he represented Smith Towing very well. I was traveling in from South Carolina when my car broke down 10 miles from town. Josh came out much quicker then expected. He was super helpful and made sure I was good before he took off after delivering my car to the shop. Superb service.

Mr. Jeffery was very cool and professional. They came out in like 20 minutes and I stay on the outskirts of Lake Martin so it’s a haul. End all be all, great service and customer service even the dispatcher was great!
