I appreciate that he was understanding that I was also having to find a ride back to Birmingham. He was patient enough to help figure out the best way to do that & get my vehicle towed without disrupting the entire day.
Very prompt and super courteous. Could not of asked for any better response time or better service. Wife and kids and the dog were stranded w a blowout on the side of the highway an hour from home. Extremely great service and handling of situation.
It was expensive! $200. for a 25 mile trip. But, the tow truck driver helped me get my friend inside. He's disabled visually and physically. The tow truck was a big cab, as big as an 18 wheeler! Very difficult too climb in. He was also very friendly and patient with us. Thank you!

Called to have car towed to a shop. Said it would be approximately an hour, which was not a problem. An hour later they arrived to pickup the car. Driver introduced himself (Tony), very cautious as he loaded the car, extremely nice and friendly. Very satisfied!!!

I thought they did a great job. My car was stuck in mud in the middle of the night/morning and would not budge. They were there to help me in no time. Hopefully, I won’t have a need to, but if I’m ever in a situation in which I need towing assistance again, I would definitely call them.
Lost tire. Called Hanks. They answered right away. Sent a truck right away. Got to us way quicker than expected. Timmy was wonderful. Got us to the recommended tire place. We are getting our new tire put on right now. All of this in 25 min. Excellent. I highly recommend these guys.
My car broke down on a very dangerous part of the highway in 100 degree temperatures on Monday. I was an hour from home and completely stranded. They showed up VERY quickly, made sure I was safe, and got me quickly to my mechanic. They even offered to stop at a store and let me get a drink because the weather was so hot. Absolutely amazing. On Memorial day moving from IL to AL for the military the trailer I was pulling my car on broke instantly they came out in less then 20 mins towed my car and removed my car from the trailer it was on. Was very helpful and knowledgeable and possess awesome customer service.. I would call them everytime for any of my towing needs and other services they provide.
