It’s not every day you walk into a place and actually have a good experience, but Manager Angela and her associate Nathan have truly made my visits nothing but enjoyable. Honestly, they’re so pleasant it almost makes me wish something would break, just so I’d have an excuse to come up here and see them again lol
Every visit comes with bright smiles, optimistic attitudes, and a real commitment to fixing whatever the issue is. In today’s technologically driven society, it’s honestly a breath of fresh air to come across genuinely good people like that nowadays.
As a business owner for quite some time now, I can say simple interactions like these mean the most. They don’t just help you… they make you feel valued.

Went to O'Reilly's ordered some parts turned around was going to buy something I needed and hand him $100 bill he told me he was not breaking the $100 bill for $5 I told him he could keep it he said sorry you feel that way I'll go out the door they send the police out yes the police was already in the store I go in the store at least twice a week spend the money I won't be going back very hateful people with pitiful attitudes if they have people in public like that they need to fire them 90% of the time you get the wrong parts then you have to take them back wished I could give them a zero rating I hope this helps someone out I'd rather go to Napa but they was closed today
Looked online for part which said in stocks. After 15 minutes of searching by 2 employees I was told - sorry we don't have it. Not 1st time this has happened. They did call and confirm Calera store did.
Tried to clean my windshield. My car lets me know that I am low on windshield wiper fluid. Lucky for me, there is an O'REILLY'S Auto Parts close by. Walked in and greeted ( Hi, How are you) I explained I needed the windshield wiper fluid for the car. Very nice and helpful. Payment made. No waiting. Thanked me. Store was stocked and neat. The appearance of the store was cleaner than I expected. I am glad that I stopped by the O'REILLY AUTO Parts Store to get the item I needed.
The guy that helped me was okay he just didn't want to go that extra mile after asking me questions that clearly proved I needed help and after I made my purchase he asked if there was anything else he could do and I smiled and said.. you wouldn't put them on for me would you.. not that I was expecting him to.. he just looked at me and shook his head no.. so..keeping my fingers crossed that I put them on right and don't lose one..lol.. management there is pretty awesome though.. your the best William..
Good selection of accessories and parts but be careful of the pricing, I went to buy a quart of oil and wound up going down the road and purchasing it and saved me about 3 dollars for the same brand same viscosity identical oil. So just check your pricing.
Chris got my battery on in no time. He knew exactly what to do. And my truck isn’t an easy truck to change a battery out in. Fuse link, tight spots, etc. go see these guys!
Great experience. Was greeted when I walked in the door, and was offered help finding what I was looking for. Very friendly employees and great customer service.
These guys will take time to help you with questions about your vehicle and even installation on minor things such as windshield wipers, oil change or figuring out what's wrong with your car for free.
O'Reilly's in Columbiana Alabama is a very good place to go find parts for your vehicle the help does they're do employees they are very knowledgeable of their parts and where they are they're very respectful there's one woman that works there releasing girl she different knows what part that goes where and she knows how to look up stuff that you need if you can't really call it by name with you somewhat describe it she continues after work that's a good girl
Bought a distributor from here and it ran a year and locked up and messed my motor up, also bought a pinion bearing didn't come with a race and bought a hub assembly lasted a week
i been there tonight 5 minutes before 9 i wanna buy something fast and a guy was outside talking w other persons then he go where i was parking and he told me they was closed 30 secons ago really at the hours said they close 9 pm the owners or partners they need to put more attencion in their busuness i own a business in columbiana and thats not right for the customers
