It usually hard to find an honest dependable mechanic. I am sure happy I found reyes auto repair. They fixed my car in decent amount of time at an affordable price. Angel was amazing with communication. I highly recommend this shop and this will be my new mechanic for any of my needs!
100% Hands down the BEST and Only place I trust to take my vehicles!! Angel and his crew are top notch, the most knowledgeable, helpful mechanics I know. They are honest, incredibly hard working and always go above and beyond to help you out. They have driven to my home multiple times to help me out, saved me several times and don't charge me an arm and leg! Waited from Oct - Mar for parts. Realize this may not be garage’s fault but no updates unless I called and often no return call. Paid $800 in advance and was told it satisfied bill. Now told I owe more. Was promised my car in one day with repairs but 3 days later and I don’t have it. Angel was rude and condescending when confronted. Worst service I’ve ever received in my 77+ years. Will never use them again!
He was super polite and friendly!! Very professional and towed my car super fast! I will definitely be calling him for ANY future needs. And for the problems he would NOT solve, he gave me references and phone numbers! Absolutely a good experience out of a bad situation!
Angel the owner took care of me personally and allowed me to bring my car in at a time that was convenient for me. The part needed for my car had to be ordered and Angel kept me informed all weekend with the process. He updated me the entire time it was being fixed and when I got in my car I had better AC then when so purchased it. I am so thankful to Angel. He was so professional and kind. Angel is the best!! I want to take a moment to praise the exceptional customer service and quick communication I received from Angel. After contacting a local Chrysler dealership and being told they couldn't service my vehicle due to discontinued parts—contrary to my research—Angel confirmed that was not the case. He received my vehicle by 10 AM, and by 3 PM, I had confirmation from him that the work was completed. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and the way he kept me updated via text while I was at work. I have a few other cars that I’d love for him to work on. Reyes Auto Repair & Towing did an awesome job in repairing my old car when no one else could. Angel solved and repaired the problem the same day. Since is a very old car he explained what to watch for to avoid future problems. We definitely go back for any car problems. Thanks again for giving CPR to the old clunker. I was needing assistance for my van earlier today and was turned away from 2 other shops before a friend recommended this one to me. Everyone was prompt, professional and it was a great experience. I will be going back to this business for all of my vehicles and recommend it to all my friends.
Angel was a God Sent! We went to have our oil changed at Walmart. Walmart not only gave us the wrong oil and over charged, but could not crank the truck. Instead of trying to locate the problem, Wal-Mart just said I'm sorry and pushed my truck into the back parking lot because they didn't have time to check the problem. Angel not only went above and beyond last minute to get to us to tow our truck to his shop, but found out the battery , just a simply check of the battery that walmart didn't even have the courtesy to check, he gave us a jump and advised us to get a battery soon and that he would switch them out for us at the shop! I most certainly recommend Angel's shop to anyone that needs work done. Angel was super nice and so helpful. So we returned to get our headlights changed today! A++++ and definitely will be doing future business woth this awesome shop!!!
I appreciated the customer service I received at Reyes Auto Shop. It is extremely hard to find a mechanic you can trust around here. I was able to get done what I needed without feeling like I would be treated as naive because I’m a young lady that doesn’t know much about cars. Which I have experienced that so much through trial and error with some of these mechanics around Columbus and Phenix City. So if you decide to go here expect honest, down to earth, caring, and hardworking people to work on your car. I had my brakes fixed which they did a professional job and it was affordable. I thank you Mr. Angel, Mr. Vince, and Mr. John. They can expect my business in the future.
I have been using Angel and his staff for over 6 months. They have provided services or repaired several of my vehicles. The customer service is average at best. There are several areas of improvement that should be addressed to maximize customer satisfactions to include of communication and accepting jobs while understaffed. The aforementioned has prevented the staff in providing a on time product which has greatly affected my professional business.
Had what I later discovered to be a critical issue with my tires and these guys took care of me immediately. I found them on FB, being referred by fort moore spouses, and my family didn't have a mechanic we trust or like since we've moved here. Well, now we do! One mechanic met me at the door and they immediately got to work, diagnosing my issues. They even stayed late to get my vehicle done that same day. Friendly, cost-friendly and efficient, I'd go back to this shop with all my car issues. Great experience!
Angel is very helpful and reasonably priced on his services! I was in an out, less than an hour for my oil change and general diagnosis. Availability is convenient. Friendly and knowledgeable highly recommend!

We were traveling and our 2016 Ford Transit Van started running bad. We went to auto zone and ran the codes. We were not prepared to do anything, but Reyes Auto Repair /Towing had great reviews and was very close.We stopped by and he repaired a spark plug and coil in 20 minutes. He knew we were traveling and no family near. No charge so we tipped him a lot less than what he deserved. He is truly an Angel (hence his first name). We highly recommend him. Van is running great now.
These guys are just the best ! I locked myself out of my car in the heat..even worse, I had my two dogs in there so it was super urgent to get some help. One phone call and he was on his way!! I’m so thankful for the immediate help. 15/10 would recommend.
Had a wonderful experience with them! They were friendly and informative. They helped me solve an issue with my battery that I've been struggling with since I bought my van. The tow truck came very quickly and they fixed my negative battery connection that was the cause of the problem. Very well priced, Highly recommend!
From the first phone call to getting my car over there Angel was super helpful and even showed me where/how my latch broke. Absolutely loved the service I received and plan on returning when needed!
Didn't really want to work on my car. Told me how to clean my own engine. Didn't remember me the next day when I came back for scheduled appointment. Ignored me when another customer came up and interrupted our conversation.

This has been one of the hardest times lately with my car acting up. Everyone at the shop was so nice and made the process so easy. My daughter was with me and they were so nice and accommodating. They were knowledgeable and kept me informed what they found, how they were going to to fix it and what I needed in the future. Most times you get upset at paying for car repairs, but I was glad to pay them because they made me feel like they actually cared about me and my situation. I don’t want anyone else touching or fixing my car but them! They essentially saved my car lol and I’m bringing it to them for all future work!
