I had an amazing experience here! This is definitely a go-to spot for women. Be sure to ask for DALTON—he’s incredibly kind, straightforward, and super helpful. He went above and beyond to help my mom replace a headlight bulb in her car.
We initially went to AutoZone for assistance, but they referred us elsewhere, saying the car required extra work and parts to be removed. Thankfully, O’Reilly’s came through just in time for the holidays!
This experience reminded me to never give up when things don’t go as planned—keep trying because you never know who might have the expertise and willingness to help!
They have a crap management.
They can't keep decent management when they do have it.
Previous managers have said their pay was taken away for what ever reason because the district manager just wants too.
They can't keep anyone working in this store other than drivers.
Turn around rate for this store is horrendous.

Been calling from 8am to 12pm and they don't answer the phone, it just rings indefinitely. Paid to have a part expedited and not only did it NOT come in at designated time, it's supposed to have come in any 12 noon today but no one will answer the damn phone!
Only gave one star bc there's no option for a fraction of a star!!!
Always the very best a customer could ask for.A young lady waited on me,Very well knowledged,friendly and pretty. She also installed my windshield wipers..Won't go to the other people as long as the service is this good..

I ask lady for special tool. The web site said the tool was available. She said she never heard of this tool and she had been with company for 7 years. I looked around for alternative tool, and found the one she just said they did not carry. I purchased tool and upon paying was informed that if it was wrong took. I would not be allowed to return . This was the most negative experience I have ever had at an autoparts store. Very unhelpful and rude
Worst customer service ever, ordered fuel retainer clips for my Camaro they were coming from Holley. They said they could be here by Friday but because Holiday they will be here Tuesday. I was ok and understood. Tuesday came, I called no part. Called on Wednesday, they won't be in till Friday. Now I am upset, $10.83 in clips and $8.88 in shipping. Called Friday no clips, called Saturday no clips was told they are calling Holly, on hold, no answers. I was out of town for Monday but had my son stop by the store no clips. Tuesday was on the road and didn't call or check in with O'REILLY. Wednesday morning and spoke to the store manager, he says I will call Holly and call you back. No call back, nothing. Needless to say, its $20 buck, and they did return my $10.83 cents but not shipping as of yet. However I am upset over the poor customer service and unwillingness to go above to help a customer.
This location is the absolute worse for customer service. I've given them several chances yet still get the same rude and rushing employees. They never want to help and always rolling their eyes or ignoring you or even speaking to other people while you are speaking to them.
The place is okay there's certain employees that work there here in Highway 80 at O'Reilly's they seem to be confused they know they don't know the system very well so be careful thank you
Was having some issues with my Camry and had somewhat of an idea of what it was replaced the spark plugs and the problem persisted I went back into O’Reilly’s 4 or 5 times and spoke with Ayden and Donald and they were of tremendous help they offered me great advice and were very patient every time I came back to get my check engine light scanned at the end of the day I ended up replacing my spark plugs and coil packs and the problem was fixed. Will definitely be back to this store in the future for all of my needs! I recommend them over the other competitors because they truly employ “car people” who are knowledgeable and passionate about their positions.
The store manager David is outstanding. Always going out of his way to go above and beyond to help everyone in the store. By far a better experience than the previous two managers before him.
Had to take a few items back that I'd bought over a week ago and didn't need anymore . The staff was very helpful and fast on giving me a hassle free refund . Now that might not seem like much and we take events like this for granted but I've been to a few of the other auto parts companies in the past who had giving me a very hard time ! Even with a dam receipt , not opened ! O'Reilly's auto parts has always been a very professional and caring business to me and my family . I think the other auto parts companies and different companies abroad can take some notes on customer service and how to run a business from O'Reilly's stores everywhere, thanks to all the great staff ! Job well done !!
Refused to help wife find the battery for her vehicle and install even after learning she was stranded and with a car full of kids. The reason "it's 15 minutes till we close". This store has let me down multiple times from the wrong part to down right unhelpful. I'll take my money to NAPA.
Bought break pads and rotors had to go back twice because the assistant manager could not give me the right parts. Took 3 days to get the right parts called the complain number was supposed to get a call from the district manager but still not gotten a call. It's been over a week. Not so much as a sorry for your troubles. Best bet go to Auto Zone it's down the street and you get way better people.
