Was stranded on I-65 in a very bad spot. Called several towing companies but when I called Paul’s, they had their driver Scotty there in 20 mins. Scotty was awesome along with the whole company. Thank You for help in my time on need.

Very bad business and rude employees!! I was disrespected when I went to pick my car up from their tow yard the ENTIRE TIME I was there. My car was gone through and things were all moved around inside of it. The lady at the front window with the mustache told me and charged me $240 to get my car back. I mistakenly gave her $250 and she refused to give me back the extra $10 I gave her, they even acted as if they counted their cash register down twice and it was no extra money in there. The tow yard closes at 5pm and I had a tow truck in route but he got lost on his way there. The tow trucked arrived at 5:03 and even though they were all still sitting there and no one had left, they refused to let the tow truck come in and get my car off of their lot. So be careful if DPD ever have to tow your car…this is who they call now. They are very disrespectful individuals and this is the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with a tow company.

Scotty and Paul were amazing….. My Son and I were returning to Madison from a two day baseball tournament in Cullman when the truck broke down. Sunday morning on the way back to Madison… by the way we were towing an RV. No problem, Scotty pulled up within 30 minutes and Paul brought his truck to pull the RV. They brought us home, parked the RV for me and were so polite and thankful for our business. I am the one thankful that there are still people in the world like Scotty and Paul.

Had waited 2 hours on another company and within 20 min Scotty was in my driveway. Excellent customer service and fast.

Paul was great. He went above and beyond to pull my vehicle out of a ditch. I highly recommend him.

They arrived in 10 minutes and took us to 2 Ford dealers to find a service shop that would repair my truck. Driver was extremely patient and very helpful. The price was less than expected. If you need towing, CALL THESE PEOPLE!

They couldn't get me out and safely down the hill I was stuck on the first day due to the weather but took me to a local hotel and tried again the next day with some additional help from a local guy in a rock crawler, and they got me out and back on the road again!!! Very friendly and professional service, I definitely recommend calling these guys before you do anyone else. They really care about folks and went above and beyond to help me out!

We drive old cars and frequently need towing, and this company is our “go-to”. They have great service and the office administrator, Tatiana, is so professional and kind when we are going through the personal hardship of needing our vehicle towed. One of the workers who towed our truck, also gave us good advice on repairs.

Had an amazing experience with Scotty from Paul’s towing…we’re from Michigan, blew a tire and our spare didn’t work. He got us to the tire shop quickly and helped us avoid a traffic jam on the way out! So thankful for you guys…the price was great too!

I usually don't do Google reviews unless I'm blown away by how bad or awesome my experience is with a business or service Paul and his mechanics went WAY above and beyond to help us out when we broke down over the fourth of July weekend and we were stranded hours from home. I really can't say enough or express our thanks to them for their help, and they are very fair and honest with their work. If you find yourself broken down on I-65 in their area hit these guys up first.

We were on our way home from a tournament from Baton Rouge to Owens Cross Roads and my truck lost power at about 1:30 in the morning. After about an hour of trying to figure out what to do, called Paul’s and Scotty answered. He was literally a God send! He came and got us and after telling him our plight he said, “how many miles?” He literally offered to take us home and did so at an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend Scotty and Paul’s, great people, exceptional service!

We called Paul's last night to have one of our cars towed home after it broke down. Scottie was absolutely amazing and such a kindhearted man. We will definitely only use this company in the future.

Scottie from Paul’s Towing and Recovery was very professional and showed up early. He was very respectful and explained to me what he was doing at every step. He was very careful when handling my car. I was well pleased with the service and will use them again, if needed.

A lifesaver! Scottie came and got me and took me to get gas when I ran out on the side of the highway, he made sure my kids and I got safely back on the road and said he would never want one of his kids sitting on the side of highway in the dark like I was. AAA dropped the ball and Paul'sTowing picked it up. Thank you, you were great help in time of need.

Not only does he tow cars but Paul came and removed a snake out of our shop toilet today for us. Did a great job. Thanks Paul.

Paul's Toeing & Recovery is an excellent business with great mechanics, reasonable rates, friendly employees that were so nice and helpful. I would recommend this business for all your towing and auto repairs. Keep up the great work yall!!!

He got my friend out of an icy, wet & freezing cold backyard off of Bluff City Rd at around 11pm at night after another towing compamy came and said that they couldn't do it until later in the morning after the ground hardened and on top of that he did it for half the price.. Hell yea!

Pauls towing and recovery service is the best around! Paul and his employees have helped me many of times. Get me right back on the road, towed to my home or shop, fixed my vehicles got me moving again!blessed and Thankful for a towing service as good as them! Only ones i will ever use or call. Best around.

Paul's did a great job towing my vehicle! They were here withing 15 mins of me calling and they were very professional!! Highly recommend!

These people are crooks!!!! You all can try to clean up the fact that you took money for a service that was not done, no call, no follow-up, just keep the money and have the nerve to want to charge $200+ more for a service they didn't do in the first place-- thieves is what you are and everyone will know. Please don't reply with the lies and fake apologies- keep it! And the previous review, yeah right, who did you get to write that??? Beware people!!!!!!!!!!!!! Coming from business owners (not the driver)- totally unsatisfied! Customer service definitely doesn't seem to be a priority of Paul's Towing. Elderly mother broke down between Jasper and Warrior, which was expressed, quoted $125, and paid upfront (worst mistake).

update July 2019: These guys are my highway angels!!! 2nd time breaking down near Hartselle but this time while heading to family vacay with dog & kids! Scottie towed us all to airport to get a rental, helped move ALL our beach gear over & then took car to VW repair so we could continue on - ALL ON A SATURDAY. These guys are saints, and I am forever grateful!! original post: THE ONLY TOWING SERVICE OUT OF ALL LISTED AS 24/7 (and I called them all) that answered, and took the time to help out my boyfriend at 3am when his transmission went out on the side of the interstate. He slept on side of road until they showed up earlier than expected at 6am. Paul recommended Joe Caretti's Transmission Service in nearby Hanceville, AL, where they towed him, and who replaced entire transmission by 1pm same day! Joe Caretti's even made my boyfriend a fried bologna sandwich while he waited. :) These are all GOOD FOLKS that take care of you! So within 10 hrs starting at 3am, my boyfriend was back on the road, all was affordable, and I couldn't have been more grateful to all those involved during a very stressful situation. Paul even called to follow up to make sure all was okay. LOVE THESE GUYS!!! They deserve an award and recognition for their kindness & service.

Excellent, friendly service and staff. Had them tow a BMW from Madison to Hartselle and they were awesome, on time and priced fairly. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

The owner was very disrespectful to my mother this morning when she called to get her tag off her towed car. He is refusing to give her tag and that is against the law! All she wants is her tag. He told her no that he’s not going to give it to her and told her she just needs to send him the title of the car. The owner also told my mother that he will just burn her car down when she told him that if he doesn’t give the tag back that she would have to report it stolen.......we’ll let me tell you something mister, just because My mother is elderly doesn’t mean you can take advantage of her and call her ugly names. She’s not ignorant and she knows what a tow man can and cannot do. We have family that has a professional towing service. It would be in your best interest to corporate and give back the tag of the car. You nor your towing services deserve any stars. Although I talked to the secretary first and she was polite but then you talk to my mother like scum... you👉🏼 You sir make your business scum. You should be ashamed or yourself. And the only reason I gave you one star is because I had to in order to write this review of you and your business.. Also I want to address that responses from Paul’s Towing are only given to the bed reviews and zero responses to those who gave better experience reviews. How ungrateful of y’all... is all that you are worried about is to try to justify yourself for being hateful and unjust?? There is no excuse to be hateful.

Paul's Towing is a grest company! They just helped us out on Hwy 65 headed home. Fast response and great service. Thanks Paul's Towing!

Called Paul's towing to get information about getting my vehicle out of impound,,, it was impounded while someone else was driving it,,,, they would not even tell me how much it cost to get it out,,,, very rude, very cocky! Said he didn't know If I was the owner, as if giving an impound fee over the phone could cause a problem? I told him I'd be up there, and he became verbally combative and threatened to call the law when I showed up. I used to be in the towing business, and this jerk needs to be out of business! And that is exactly what this review is intended to help do, I hope.

We broke down on the interstate while traveling to Gulf Shores with our truck and camper. Pauls towing showed up and loaded our truck and brought another truck to pull our camper. Paul took my wife and 3 kids along with our camper to Point Mallard Campground. Don 1st took me to the Chevy dealer and then to the GMC dealership where we dropped our truck. Then he took me to Enterprise rental so I could get a car. Both Paul and Don were extremely helpful to us in what was a very stressful situation. Thanks for saving our day.
