  If i could give a zero i would. Just called to inquire about a auto part. Krystal (Chrystal) was extremely rude. I told her two different models of vehicles and wanted a a quote for a alternator. She said she didn't have it. I said my husband was just there yesterday and pulled parts from it. She rudely replied accusing me of lying. I told her it was from the first car I listed. She said "yeah I don't even know if it has an alternator!" I said yes maam.. but if it DOES how much would it be? She told me upwards of a hundred dollars plus core charge. I said okay and paused to ask another question but before I could She hung up on me. I called back and asked her name. She rudely said "Krystal" I said hi i just called, I wasn't finished talking and you hung up on me? She starts yelling at me telling me no she didn't. I said yes maam you told the price and hung straight up I wasn't finished talking. She proceeded to hell and I checked her by telling her to stop yelling at me threw the phone please where she yelled even more telling me she wasn't yelling.. she then yelled into the phone I'm not about to argue with a child and hung up on me yet again. When no arguing was done on my behalf. I simply was calling to ask a price, got hung up on, called back to ask her name.. so that I could leave this review, and boom. Highly unprofessional. This is the same female who was nasty the day prior. My husband came in to get a radio from said vehicle she claimed not to have, a man quoted him a price. We were on the phone the whole time as he video chatted to show me the vans and ensure it was the right one. Luckily they had one. He pulled that and a door control for the windows. When he returned inside to pay she greeted him and discussed the items. When she quoted outrageously for the radio. My husband said that the guy just quoted him for 45-50 depending on the model. She replied "NOT FOR THAT RADIO!!" My husband informed her it was a stock radio for the van. She said it had a screen, he informed her the vans were equipped with back up cameras. She was pissed and rude about it. When he asked about how much the door control was she quoted him FIFTY DOLLARS!! The same price as a radio. We declined to take it and proceeded with payment where again I overheard myself her be rude to my husband. He then had to wait forever before having to go back inside because they had blocked him in. The yard was terribly managed according to my husband. The vehicles are HARD to find, there's overgrown grass and weeds making it hard to e en get under vehicles. Needless to say completely avoid this train wreck of an establishment. Very poorly ran. Krystal needs to take some videos on customer service before she catches the right one and someone else will have to answer that phone. Darling if you're reading this, get you some therapy. Ain't no reason to be so rude to everyone at all times of the day. Your personal problems isn't the world's to deal with. Ironic you called me a child.

  I drove an hour to pick up an engine for $600. When I got there the oil pan was snapped in half. The owner told me if I would just take it home he would find me a new oil pan. He charged me $550 and said when I come back to just pay $50 for the oil pan. He said he would just be throwing the engine away if I didn't take it and insinuated I would be doing him a favor. I informed him these oil pans are just about as expensive as a whole engine. He said nonsense he can find one. I told him if he can't I would need to return the engine. Two weeks went by and I was tired of waiting. I drove the hour drive to return the engine and he refused to give me a refund. He said he knows for a fact the oil pan is cheap yet he couldn't find one. After half an hour of arguing I was finally able to get most of my money back but I was still stuck with an unusable engine I ended paying $250 for. You really can't trust anything the owner says. Very friendly staff though

  Our dodge charger was towed and we were told to contact our dealership upon doing so they had no knowledge of this. We tried to contact Allstar upon doing so we still have yet to speak anyone. We have contacted our local police. Do not let them leave with your vehicle!

  By phone, person's there (Olie) appeared polite, friendly, and helpful. I haven't visited the establishment in person yet, but I intend to do so because the in-stock part I inquired about recently was available. Olie was quick to research part I needed, and the price was unbelievably dirt cheap. FYI: I researched a new part from dealership, and was shocked at price ($384)! All Star Auto Parts has my business for sure!

  Went and got a transmission from there and it wasn't any good and we wanted to get our money back and they took a 30% restock fee for something that Didn't work on top of that they wanted to be disrespectful and cuss. So just saying why would you restock something that doesn't work and charge a working class family $129.00 for it wow is that how we do things

  Greasy unfriendly drivers that I will never allow to touch my car again. There were greasy hand-prints on my car as well as it being very obvious where somebody sat in my car. They are definitely lacking pride in their appearance and job performance and they overcharged now I say they overcharged because after I utilize their services I did a little research and found that I got gouged avoid if possible.

  This is not a "Pull a Part/ pick and pull your place" they will pull the parts you need. They may let you pull your own stuff if you look trustworthy enough.
