Do NOT use this place!! You will not get your vehicle back. Our truck has been there for 6 months. He keeps telling us it’ll be done each week and it’s not. He is also horrible about communicating UNLESS you stop by. I’m tired of the lies and crap!!
Wonderful service! The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. The owner was on site and provided excellent assistance and answered all questions and concerns
They are credible and knowledgeable automotive mechanics with very good prices. I would recommend my grandmother go here. I would recommend this place They have done a lot of work on my car And they guaranteed their work.That had so many issues surprises me that they would ever want my car back in the shop. They have also been nothing but nice to me. And always been 100%straight with me.
I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to stop here and have my vehicle fixed. Yes it was for unfortunate events that happened but everything happens for a reason and I would highly recommend this place out of any known mechanic . They are there for you and get you the best prices. Make sure you greet the front desk with the upmost respect, that is where you will be sold at, she is just such a kind soul and great energy . Did a really good job on my daughter's car. Was on the spot with diagnosis of the problem and got the car back to us surprisingly quick. Will use again if needed.
If I could give them a minus 5 I would. Broke down near them and had our truck towed to them to fix the transmission. We live in Tennessee, so we had to leave the truck there. We tracked down a transmission for them while we were there and was told it would be about 3-4 days before they were done with it.
Whenever we called, it was excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't done. The transmission wasn't right, the torque converter wasn't right. Finally after 9 business days we decided to see about getting it to someone else who could fix it. We told them to put the transmission and whatever parts they had off in the back of the truck.
The tow truck driver got there and said that the transmission was still in the truck and it hadn't even been touched. If they couldn't work on the truck I wish they would've said something before now and we could've gotten another shop to fix it. Would I recommend them? Not even is it a NO, it's a HE$$ NO!!!

I can't say enough good things about this business. They are top notch and have good prices. Damian knows how to diagnose "old school" and "new school" rides. If it's something that's baffled others, just leave it with them and they'll figure it out. Real mechanics are a dying breed that are being replaced by unknowledgeable parts changers. I'm glad these guys are mechanics in the true sense of the word.
Best prices on automotive work and guarantee to beat anybody's price on new tires...the parking lot is normally full so sometimes it does take a little patience but it's because the quality of work and them staying so busy...if you want a straight up honest place to go here it is...
If you wanna spend over $2,000 and your truck screw up on the way home take it back a second time and still have a screwed up truck. Then take it to satsuma auto works!!!
I go out of my way to do business with them. Why? Because Damian is honest and damn knowledgable. He only charges for what needs to be done and can quickly diagnose issues. Shops like this are a tough find nowadays.
