I came from Texas to purchase a single cab 6.7 diesel, never bought anything from a dealership before so didn’t have hardly any credit history, was out of state, and wasn’t familiar with the process. He was patient and helped me with the entire deal, giving advice on what to/not to do. Stayed later in the day to help finalize deal then followed me to the enterprise to drop off my rental and bring me back to the truck. Was about 6-7 hours of on and off the phone with multiple people trying to get it done. As for the truck, I drove it home 10 hours straight pinned at 85+ mph with zero issues. He definitely went above and beyond to get this done and me out of the door same day, very upfront and honest would recommend to anybody. I’m not in the boat market but from the few I checked out there they were all pristine, should definitely check them out if you are.
Not honorable! One of close friends misread his tape measure, an over 50 eye sight issue we all face, lol, and bought a trailer one foot too long. Drove 27 miles to river, tried to load boat, wouldn't fit. Drive back to trade in for correct size, wanted to swap, no refund. "Sorry, all sales final!" So much for customer service.
Buyer beware...bought a boat trailer that didn't fit my boat just right and the owner refused to work with me on swapping the trailer for another model. I had the trailer for 3 days and used it once but the owner said he would not take it back...his reason was it could have been in salt water (which was NOT the case).
Great experience with the guys at Pierce's. I bought a boat there and had to bring it back to Texas. They made sure everything was ready for the long trip and even had it ready for a test run in the water before I headed back. Great service!
$500 down $2500 a month. Good credit, that's what they want you to have. That's how you get the $500 down, but if you don't have that, don't worry about pulling it in there, they want that?
I have bought three vehicles from the pierces they have been great to work with and very professional in all their dealings with me. I would recommend Mr. Pierce to anyone that asked me! I even bought a Boat from him.
Brought a 2000 Camero from here on March the 1st which was a Friday. I brought the car back in on Monday the 4th and told them the service engine light came on and something under the car was rattling. I was told by the owners son that he didnt know anything about standard shift cars and they would not be responsible for anything wrong with it. Almost 3 weeks later the car starts running hot. When my husband got to me to check it out he opened up the radiator to find that it is full of J.B block seal he runs over 80 gallons of water through the radiator trying to clean it out to no avail. We replaced the thermostat that was so coroded with block seal it was rusted up. I called and left a message with Pierce auto sales telling them that the car was running hot and because someone was trying to cover up a cracked block or blown head gasket and there was so much block seal in the radiator and engine that I didn't know if the car was going to make it home and that I really needed someone to call me back because I had no way to get it home. I never recieved a call back.It cost me $60 to rent a car dolly to drag it home. Now the car came with an outside warranty but because "whoever" filled the motor up with block seal to hide a major problem until they could find an idiot "me" to take the car off of there hands the warranty will not cover the car. So now I have a blown up car sitting in my yard that I drove less then a month and repo men knocking on my door because they want there car back and still after all this time I have yet to recieve a call from anyone at Pierce Auto Sales. I recieved more help and sympathy from the repo man in 10 minutes then I have from Pierce in 2 months. I paid $1500 down for a car that didn't even last until the first payment was due. I dont bash people or businesses but i have tried every other way to get them to talk to me. I just want my money back so I can get a car that runs and won't leave me on the side of the road less then a month after purchase.
I’ve personally been doing business with Mr. Pierce and his family for a couple years and can honestly say they are some of if not the most honest and dependable people I’ve ever done business with in my life!! The Pierce’s have gone above and beyond to make sure our business deals have not only been fair but done in way that insures the customers satisfaction above their own!!! I’ve also had the privilege of seeing what they do with their time and money personally in giving back to the community and volunteering in ministry and other activities!! I encourage everyone to do business with them and I’ll go as far as to personally guarantee you’ll be treated fair and honest!! I own a mechanic shop and have owned multiple businesses in my lifetime. I deal with several car lots and the Pierce’s are the finest people I’ve ever done business with!!!!!
Was told a boat had no issues. I drove about 2 hours just to find the floor in the boat was completely rotted, and the windshield was coming off. Never got around to the motor. They say they get their boats inspected by a local boat mechanic. I'm not sure this boat made it there. They also don't provide a test ride for boats. After what I saw I would hope you would demand a test ride for any purchase you make...
