Great experience with Robert and the boss. They got my lift out of a bad spot and even paused traffic. They delivered on time smoothly. The price was very good! Will use again!
5/5 would recommend. Used them twice already… once when my semi broke down and then unfortunately the very next day i sunk my trailer with 120,000 lb gross by backing into my buddies’ yard. Mr Chad Collier come and got me out. It wasn’t easy and i thought we were going to need a rotator. 1.5-2 hrs later after trying several different things, he got me out. Both the tow and the tug-outs were around $400 each. Very affordable pricing. I expected more on both. I can guarantee they’ll always be my go to wrecker in the mobile area and surrounding. Especially thank you Chad… you really saved me out there.
These guys are awesome! Very fast and efficient and incredibly well priced. I had to call and verify the invoice was correct because I thought they had undercharged. Will be calling them back everytime we need someone towed!

I was broke down at the stoplight at university & airport Blvd & they came quickly, made sure we were safe from harm, very polite from the dispatcher to Bryan (the driver). Thanks for great service and the calming & quick service & attitude!!!!
Having to use a tow service is never a good thing, but they made a painful situation as painless a possible. The girl that answered at 6:00 am on a Sunday was very pleasant and helpful and the gentlemen that did the work were professional and took care to not cause more damage to the vehicle. I’m so thankful we called Pitts & Sons first! Highly recommend!! And very reasonable pricing!
I had the pleasure of being towed by Walter on today 9/3/25. Walter was courteous, professional, and very friendly. He made sure that I got safely to the repair shop. He’s a great driver. I’m usually really nervous when riding with other truck drivers, but he did an awesome job.
Brian went above and beyond. We broke down on our way back to Missouri from vacation in the middle of the pouring rain and he was the fastest and best towing company around. No damages and very efficient. I would recommend Pitts if you are in a pickle and need something fast and reliable. Brian thank you so much for your hospitality and great work!
My wife and I are traveling cross country and our truck broke down north of mobile. Cody picked up my pickup and towed it to the dealership. Jai towed or fifth wheel to a nearby campground. Both drivers were very professional and careful with our equipment and I would highly recommend using their service. Thank you Pitts and Sons for helping us out of a tough situation.
01/22/2025 Even with pretty bad weather conditions this team was quick and efficient in getting the job done. I had a rig stuck due to ice out on the road. Big thank you to Dan who made sure my driver was in a secure and safe place after the recovery. Once again Thank you very grateful.
