i just want to say if you lock your keys in your or get in an accident Tim is your guy! he was amazing when he helped me. kept me calm and collect. & was sooo affordable. i appreciate him and everything he did for me and my 4runner. you should really give them a try!

A driver was delivering a car and backed up two lanes of traffic for 10 minutes. There was no way to get around him. Is this legal? He had other options.
They took my truck back to their shop for overnight storage and put it under a covered area until today. They delivered it and the mechanic said I got a better price than others in town.

After a friend slid into the ditch on my road due to bad weather, slippery road, soft/steep shoulder and having another towing service show up and not know how to pull it out, and being there for 2 hours, my next door neighbor suggested and called Tim with HEROES (whom also lives on our street) this guy knew exactly what to do and how to do it and he had that truck out in no time. Literally 10 min and the truck was back on all 4 tires. I will highly recommend TIM and this company to everyone. Thank You Tim!!

Kevin was great and friendly! My car had a flat tire and I needed it taken to Firestone. He got to my location right on time, quickly and efficiently loaded up my vehicle and got me to Firestone. Highly recommend!

My sister and I were stuck at a dangerous intersection out of gas(across from the gas station). I went to try to find a gas can and while I was gone, a Hero’s truck came up and told my sister that this was a dangerous intersection and that he was going to move her to a safe place. He didn’t ask for anything in return. This meant so much in a scary situation where we had children in the car. God definitely sent Hero’s to us. Thank you again for your help!
Very professional company!! Although they told me they couldn’t get to my car to Nissan until around lunch I explained to the guy that I have a schedule appointment at 10:30 he made SURE that my car arrived before time, he stayed in constant contact to let me know once he arrived at my location and once he made it to the dealership. I used hero towing to tow my car when I broke down. In a very stressful situation Heros made everything so stress free and didnt leave me waiting a long time at all. Great customer service, super friendly. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.
Super helpful and knowledgeable. I asked them to take a Toyota RAV4 from Mobile to Fairhope for me and they were more than happy to assist. I called 4 other places and I was told that it would be $500-$750 by two of them, one of them said they couldn’t do it because it was “too far,” and the other one said that they couldn’t do it because I didn’t have the key.
Within 5 minutes of calling Hero’s I had a $200 quote and an estimate of when the vehicle would be picked up. Within an hour they already had the vehicle on the way to its destination. I would HIGHLY recommend Hero’s to anyone who is in need of a towing service.
I would recommend hero's over any other towing service in Mobile. When Bob's took over 90 minutes I called Hero's and they came out in 20. Plus they were less expensive and more professional and courteous!! Thanks again
Super nice people. The driver was at my place in 20 min. Very nice and helpful. They charged me 50 percent less then all the other places I called. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone that needs a wrecker.
My car broke down on me at Cracker Barrel, and I needed a tow to my machanic. I Googled towing services and checked out the customer. They had a 4.9, so I called them. I'm glad I did. I could not have asked for a better response time or better service. The driver was extremely nice and even called me to let me know that my car was safe at the shop. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Now I know who to call in a towing emergecny.
I needed my SUV towed from the mechanic's back to my house. (Blown engine was cost prohibitive for repair) I was told they would be by around noon and and almost exactly at noon; the driver, Alan, knocked on my door to deliver my vehicle. Their trucks are clean, polished and look professional. Alan was also courteous and positioned my SUV exactly where I wanted it in a matter of minutes. Their fee was super competitive and met my situation perfectly. Alan gave me a business card and you can bet I placed it in my wallet so I can call them again; if I ever need their services in the future. 5 stars!
Called several places for a quote on towing my car and they were the least expensive. They were very friendly and their response time was super quick. The driver was very thorough and was payed close attention to safety. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with any towing company. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.
I was in a bind when I called Hero's Towing. I was frantic and in search of a company to help me get my van to Auto Nation before they closed on a Friday afternoon. I had lost my keys, on a job site, and had already had Pop-A-Lock open my door. Three others companies told me they were just too busy and would hardly give me the time of day. I was ready to give up when I called Hero's Towing. The gentleman that answered turned out to be the owner. He was extremely polite in telling me it may be a while before he could get to me. Imagine my surprise when he showed up to help in about 20 minutes! AMAZING SERVICE! VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL! Couple that with a VERY fair price.

You will not get better service ANYWHERE. I've used HERO'S TOWING before. I had an issue with my vehicle yesterday, and I, actually, was calling and getting information, but I was told that it could be taken care of RIGHT THEN. I, unfortunately, had to wait until today, but, wow.... Hero's was READY FREDDY to help me, immediately, yesterday. The driver, Alan, well, he was just awesome.... courteous, friendly, professional, and I could tell that he was raised right, too !! Don't call anyone else... you will have to jump through hoops...call HERO'S TOWING. I have their number in my phone, and, will never use anyone else for my towing needs.
I can not begin to properly describe the level of courtesy my daughter and I were showed! The gentleman that towed us was not only chivalrous towards us, but he also was very professional! I will always and FOREVER recommend this company!
This is a first rate towing and wrecker service. My family and I were on our way to Destin, Fl for the 4th of July when we were hit hard from behind on I-10E just before the tunnel in Mobile, AL (my truck was totaled). Eric took my truck and my family on his skid truck to two different car rental places to make sure we were able to get a rental. He unloaded everything (including all of our suitcases, beach stuff, everything in the glove compartment and center console, under the seats...etc) and made sure we were able to get everything we needed before he left. He was not going to leave us stranded like some other companies would have. Alan also made sure my truck was safe and secure in his holding yard until the adjuster was able to come out to look at it, and he held the truck for me when the insurance company wanted to take it to a salvage yard, without my consent. AWESOME guys and AWESOME company!!!
After a wreck MPD called Hero's Towing for me. They were there quickly but the impressive part was the Friendliness & Manners of the Driver. He even helped my Wife unload my Car prior to Towing. Great Service and would recommend.
This guy might just have the nicest towing service in all of the nation! He towed our car after our accident and was nice enough to give us I ride home. Unbelievably, I have dealt with other tow truck drivers over the years and this guy was super nice and showed up on time. I think his name was Alan, thanks Mr Alan!
My custom lowrider broke down coming back from a car show and I called Hero's Towing. The gentleman dispatched a rollback to me and he got there very quickly. The driver was very professional and took very good care of my truck. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I called to see where my car was towed to because all I was told was "it will most likely be towed to Bay Street" well when they answered the phone and I asked "hi, how are you today" the man answered back with instant attitude and said how can I help you. So I ignored his attitude and tone of voice and still tried to be nice and informed the man that I needed to get my belongings out of the car and he snapped back asking what I was going to do with the car. I told him I don't know because I wasn't sure yet and he said I would need to pay $125 to get my belongings or I needed a title. I informed him I had the title but it is in the car and he had more attitude. They are very rude and unprofessional and I wouldn't suggest anyone use them.
A HUGE shout out to Hero's Towing and Recovery. I was looking at a 475.00 parts and labor bill from one of the big names companies in town. I took a chance with Hero's and boy did they come thru for me. Turns out, I didn't need the alternator that I was told was needed. Eugene Thompson and Mr. Alan found what the real problem was and it turned out to be a 40.00 repair. They now have a customer for life. Thanks again Hero's for being honest.
