They helped me out from the first phone call, There was no issue getting the parts i needed and they assisted me in the parking lot, i highly recommend this location and the people to assist.
Had to stand in line to ask for help finding something then in line again to pay it's always wait ,wait,wait sometimes it's 10 min before they even notice your there , that's the reason I usually pass it up and go to O'Reilly down the rd !!
We were passing through from Louisiana to go to Orange Beach when we started having car troubles. We came to this store to buy an alternator to fix our car. Ricky went above and beyond to help us in finding tow trucks and car shops nearby. He didn't have to do that but he is a decent human being that had compassion for me and my family who got stranded on the side of the road. If you need auto parts, drive here, it is not far from I-10. You will get the best customer service in this store. Thank you Rick!
Rick in the parts department is OUTSTANDING my family was traveling on vacation we broke down and he not only help us get the part we need but also help us find a tow and mechanics that could help. He also replaced a part that was defective. The people in Grand Bay Area are beautiful! Thanks so much guys. Rick deserves a raise he went above and beyond its one of the highest rating a U.S. Marine like myself can give. God Bless
The staff here includes a younger gentleman, whose very kind and professional. He's been helping with my lincoln, and has been very direct and honest through the process. Will come back as needed. Great location!
This store is convenient to my house. It is on a main road, easy to get in and out of. The employee that helped me was local to the area. He was polite and helpful and knew his stuff. He didn't have exactly what I needed but was able to fabricate it from a short piece of hose he had lying around. I like "out of the box" thinking like that.

Advanced auto parts is the most advanced outlet for auto parts besides any other auto parts establishment. They have the parts for your auto, order in advance if an auto part isn't available. Due in part to automotive advancement, call in advance for automobile parts.
Sold me a bad battery took it back the manager wld not do replace it or do nothing for me rude as all get out!!!!!! Do not recommend this store!!!!! Terrible manager!!! Poor customer service from the manager!!
We are here from out of state and were having some issues fixing our truck, and Danny was extremely helpful. He helped us get what we needed and helped us get the part off that we couldn't break loose. He went above and beyond.
No problem at the store they usually give me what I need the other one in Franklin 10 to mess up a little bit definitely better than the AutoZone which gave me the wrong part
Stopped at this Advance Auto Parts on my way back from Louisiana with my daughter. Her vehicle need wiper blades badly. Angel A helped me and my daughter and was knowledgeable of the parts I needed. This store is terrible! It has a rude team with no automotive knowledge or people skills. I will shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts as they don't argue when you bring a defective part back with the receipt. I have shopped at advance 6735 since it was opened. Not anymore! I will also I influence my family and friends not to shop here but to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts instead. This situation could have been easily avoided. It is a sign of bad leadership, from store level mgmt to upper mgmt.
It was great I was stranded 1100 miles from home and stuck at their store. They let me fix my car in there parking lot after having to sleep in it one night charged my battery and even helpede break bolts loose this is a great place with great people highly recommend
Well I was unable to find the particular part I was searching for but it is somewhat of a strange part to be shopping for...(the U shaped piece that the hood latch under the hood hooks to) I did purchase a windshield wiper that cost a little less than at nearby stores. The staff was friendly & helpful to the best of their abilities as well.
I cannot stress the convenience of free diagnostic to the diy consumer who wants to save on auto repairs. Remember if you don't know how to do something more than likely these days there is a video on youtube that will break it down for you...
This is where I always go when I need a new battery or any other auto part. They are always friendly and helpful. I needed my battery tested the other day. I the guy behind the counter was just about to get off work, but he took the time to walk out to my car to run the test on it anyway. That battery was bad, so I purchased a new one. Runs like a champ again. Anyway, he could have passed it on to someone else. Service like that will keep me going back everytime I need something.
The staff is typically very friendly. Most are actually knowledgeable of the parts asked about. They don't mind helping to install batteries, light bulbs, wiper blades, etc., and they don't get that "don't bother me" sarcastic attitude when asked for help or when you ask 500 questions. 9 times out of 10 they have the parts in-stock, and all you have to do to avoid them not having it, is to call ahead and check and have them order it or have them check another location. The staff at the Grand Bay-Wilmer Road location in Grand Bay, AL, is absolutely amazing and always friendly! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! Thanks for all of the hard work and commitment guys and ladies!
