The guy named Brayden was super slow acting like he didn’t even want to be here and then overheard him commenting to the other employees how he was going to take his sweet time. We were here over an hour just for a battery change!! And this is who you want running your store!! Somebody needs to show the guy how to work and not seem so lazy acting or moving in slow motion like it’s just the worst day ever!!!
I refuse to give this place my money ever again, no matter what. They suck! it’s worth the drive to go to a different auto part store. The homeless looking employee spends more time thinking about what to say than looking up what i need. i never see any kind of manager, when i ask i get “she’s not here” it’s morning why is there no manager?
The reps that assisted me were outstanding. They helped me locate everything I needed and even provided assistance with my problem. I will continue to go there.
Poor customer service… do the community a favor and get your used oil bin dumped so people don’t pour oil in a field. Been here multiple times and it’s been full… go to advanced auto on Winchester, much better staff and support.
Victor checked our battery and determined we needed a new one. We were seeing the battery struggle to start our car before coming to O'Reilly. He installed our new battery and new wiper blades no problems. He was very nice and knowledgeable and the prices for what we got was good. Definitely recommend!

Very good store! Very friendly and helpful staff all around. I really appreciated that out of all the things I needed to return that one of the managers allowed not only what I had on my receipt back on my debit card, but he also gave the okay to the gentleman, who was tending to the matter at that moment, the okay to additionally refund my money back on the items I had unfortunately lost a couple days before then. I was nervous if I'd even get some kind of store credit, but in no way would I have guessed that I'd end up leaving with the money for everything I was coming to return... So for that thanks to the two employees who helped me, greatly appreciated all yalls help. 5 stars for that!
Went to buy windshield wipers and asked them to put them on. Young man behind counter said he couldn't because he is the only employee there. I thought O'Reillys helped customers in that department. Called Hazel Green O'Reillys and they sounded reluctant, but said they would. Going to Auto Zone from now one.
I stop by to get my check engine light service and was adv they can’t do it due to covid which is a lie I have visit 2 other orielly location last two day and they have done it after I fix the problem I wanted to make sure nothing else was wrong. The guy was not professional and also no sign sayin can’t check engine light for Covid but it’s okay for over 4 customers in the store to not have a mask on as the sign says on the store never will go back
I purchased a battery this morning and was promptly waited on. But as the young man attempted to switch out the batteries it was clear he didn’t know what he was doing. He was using a standard socket on a metric bolt. The improper fit wore the shoulders on the head of the bolt. On top of that he was tightening instead of loosing. I finally ask him to help another customer and located the proper socket from my truck and was able to replace the battery. I hope this battery lasted a long time. Getting it off will be a chore since the bolts have been damaged. If buying a battery plan to replace it yourself you will come out ahead.
I was harassed by a gentleman claiming, that some employees were scared to come out of the building. I detail cars and had a customer meet me there. I parked on the side in available parking spots. Apparently we were parked in unlabeled " truck parking only". Which i guess was suspicious. After him claiming that I wasn't there for the store business. I go inside to get what I actually came for, and he proceeded to tell me other stores has had issues with people parking on the sides and illegal activity. ( it's lunch hour & sunny outside), I'm irritated now, so I leave the store that's 3 minutes from my house to go to the next one 10 minutes out. He will NEVER have to worry about my business.
As with most auto part places in today's retail e environment, they have one person with all the knowledge a d the rest were friendly and willing to help. I got what I needed and left.
