All around terrible experience. Save yourself some time, money, and frustration. $2300 to fix an AC and I had to return the vehicle no less than five times due to “faulty parts.” And it still doesn’t work. During which they lost my trailer hitch and even returned my truck to me with a completely flat tire. I ended up going to another shop to find out they were adding the wrong refrigerant to the AC system. One thing they will do is make sure your vehicle smells like an ash tray everytime. Would absolutely avoid.

This is hands down the best Auto Mechanic Shop in the Huntsville Area! Eric and the crew not only will fix your vehicle like it’s brand new, they will literally sit you down and educate you about your car and any repairs they need to make BEFORE they even ask for payment. This is the only Auto Repair Shop I am sending my vehicle! Please spread the word about M&M Auto Clinic, they don’t disappoint!

I'm so used to dropping a car off at a shop and not getting it back for a few days even for the most basic issues. They had my car fixed and ready to go the same day. Definitely will go to them first from now on

Honestly I don't see how this place has good reviews. The reviews are why we went to the shop so I feel obligated to share our experience. We dropped off the truck on a Thursday and was told he would have it diagnosed by noon that day with plans to hopefully have it completed before close of business. Well supposedly the truck was being a "gremlin" so they were not yet able to diagnose. Sometimes a problem may end up being more complex than initially thought so I get it. The following day was a snow day then into the weekend so we understood that. The next week began constant run around and nothing getting done. You can only give the same update so many times before we start to question the situation. That said we usually would call once a day. By Thursday the following week the truck was still there and no answers. My husband called several times but it kept going straight to vm, I called and the same thing... straight to vm. Just to see... I then called from my work phone and shockingly it rang and someone answered! Coincidence? Who knows. The new dead line given to us was Friday... Friday we went by to find that no one was working except for one person and he was completely overwhelmed. There were other ppl calling upset while we were there that had their car there for over 3 wks and had still not had any progress. With hearing that we knew we had to get our truck and go. The truck had to be put back together and in that process we realized the wires connecting the sub was cut. Not disconnected but cut... why?? They also damaged the brand new battery we had put in just prior to bringing it there. We took it to another shop and the problem was quickly diagnosed and it was none of the things that they had "narrowed it down to". I never want to hurt a business but our experience with them was not good at all and people need to know that before dropping off their vehicles. Very disappointing.

I came to M&M auto clinic after years of dealing with another auto shop. I appreciated the way they communicated with me the issue with my 2007 Yukon. (I mean it’s a 07). They was not over priced like most shops and they were honest about the work .. Having a good and honest mechanic is hard to find and I stand behind this shop.. I highly recommend..

I'm very displeased with this shop. I have never in my life seen a buisness run so poorly. I brought my car in the week of Labor day this year replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced. Got the car back it broke down. They came and got it replaced another part that wasn't the problem it broke down then they kept it another 3 weeks it broke down again and have had it for the last 3 weeks still not fixed

I had an unexpected car repair that needed to be addressed & repaired.. M&M got my Yukon Denali in & repaired the same day! Fast turn around, warranted parts & excellent service! I’d recommend M & M to all my friends & family. I’ve found me a new mechanic shop & thankful for everything

This was the best & fastest service I have ever received at a shop!! The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Typically I have anxiety when going to a mechanic as single lady because some mechanics try to rip you off, not them!! They are honest and reliable. Bring all your family members here if they WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!

The best auto place that I have ever been to in my life, hands down. They make you feel like your family. They will not try to get over on you for being a woman. This shop has had our car since July of 2023, it is now January 10, 2024. First they misdiagnosed our vehicle, I paid for it just for them to tell me what I paid for actually wasn’t the issue. They finally found out the issue 2 months later and we’ve been waiting ever since, now they won’t answer my calls or voicemails for the past 2 weeks. I’m thinking about reaching out to a lawyer and filing a lawsuit, please don’t use this company.

Great local garage!!! They were able to diagnose the issue and recommend the solutions that didn't break the bank. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and were able to work with me to get my car fixed as quick as possible. Highly recommend this garage to anyone needing work done, they even gave me a military discount.

They fixed my transmission, my heat and air, cv axle and joints, oil pan leak and done an oil change! Fantastic place, I surely will use them for my services and needs from now on. Highly recommend. So happy to have heat and have my car shifting correctly.

M&M Auto clinic is an amazing auto shop! If you’re looking for an affordable , comfortable, and accommodating auto shop service look no further . Day before , I was preparing to do my own oil change , I am a female and unfortunately couldn’t get the oil plug off by myself . Had someone else try and they ended up rounding the bolt unfortunately. Spent all day trying to figure out how to get the oil plug unscrewed and ultimately gave up (crying and full of defeat for sure) . Called M&M around 7:30am the next day and told them my situation , having the oil , new oil plug and oil filter they still HELPED ME when no one else would or tried to charge me for an entire oil change ! Fixed everything free of charge and made my entire day , I most definitely wanted to cry ! The manager & mechanic were amazing and more than friendly ! This establishment is amazing! If no one else will help me I know M&M will! I’ll definitely be coming back to M&M first if I ever have any issues with my vehicle!

These guys do excellent work in a timely fashion. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they didn’t try to fix things that didn’t need to be fixed. I will definitely will use M&M auto again if and when I need some work on my car.

John & his team are awesome. While visiting Meridianville, we had issues with our truck. He got us in quickly and corrected our situation with quality care. We are so blessed we used M&M Auto clinic.

Great people! I was driving through Meridianville with my 5 year old when my vehicle started overheating. I called the nearest shop and they took me right then. The guys explained everything to me and were sweet enough to not charge me for a few things. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Received beyond 5 star service!! Called several places and the earliest was a week out just for diagnosis. Reached out to M&M and was told to bring it in within 30 mins of my call. Keith and Mitzi had the car broken down and fixed in no time while I waited. Keith explained the problem, what needed to be replaced, and ensured that I knew costs upfront, which was more than a fair price for the work done. Honest people that show how trustworthy they are in their repair process, and I wasn't without a vehicle for days or even weeks. The reviews led me there, but the service experience will keep me there! Definitely gained a new customer! Thank you again, Keith, Mitzi, and John for keeping me safely on the road!

John an Keith have to be the most honest mechanics ever. I was quoted almost $4000 for repairs at another location. After M&M inspection they determined that the previous quote wouldn’t even fix my problem. Long story short they fixed my car and at a fraction of the cost! It’s like driving a brand new car. Highly recommend! I will go back!

Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Brought my 2009 ford escape in for a couple of items, was diagnosed same day and was told it needed 2 parts and would be done 1-2 days and that they’d call me the next day with a quote. They didn’t call me and I called back the next 3 days and it wasn’t until the 3rd day that I received a quote. I ask them how long it would take to finish repairs and they told me 2 more days. 3 more days went by and I called them and they said the parts just came in and that it would be 2 more days until it was fixed. I called back 3 days later and they told me parts were in and it would be done the next day. The did not call me the next day, I called back 5 days later and they said they were waiting on parts to come in and it’d be a week before it could be fixed. I told them I no longer needed their service and I was coming to pick the car up. When I went into pick up my car, employees were rude and They charged me more than what they originally said the diagnostics would cost but I was over their lack of professionalism and ready to be done with them. I should’ve read more of the recent reviews prior to trusting them. Would’ve given 0 stars if I was able to.

After 3 months of having my truck for a motor swap out. All the door dings from all on the both sides of my truck from all the vehicles in their junk yard finally got to pick up my truck for 7,998.99 got to the first stop check engine light came on and missing . my truck didn't have that problem before I took it to them I took back and they said that would be extra my truck was drivable when I first took it to them . They are really bad with cocommunication with customer cheaper not was always better

We were a walk-in customer. They really helped us identify what was wrong with our vehicle by listening and then inspecting. We needed to stagger the schedule for repairs and they were very accommodating. Couple of times I couldn't leave the vehicle, and they made an appointment for me to be sure I would get immediate service and be on my way! Haven't had to go back for re-do's on my anything. Awesome!

Showed up earlier today just to see what it might cost, already had the part. Sean was clear in communicating what was needed and how long it might take. They were able to get the job done quickly and at a fair price. Already got my truck back. Will definitely go back.
