Gave them a prepped mirror for paint. Told me it would take less than a week. Over a week later mirror is still not done. I came to pick up the mirror and it's now covered in overspray. Don't recommend.

I was referred to Monrovia Body Shop by my insurance agent and I’m very glad that he did! Their staff were very friendly, they were very fast to get my car into the shop, and their price was very reasonable! The added bonus is that my car is back in pristine condition. 👍🏽

I had just gotten this car and then I got into an ugly accident. I’m still new to Huntsville so I had no idea which auto shop to take my wrecked vehicle. I googled places around the area and this shop came up with good ratings. I called and they answered right away. They were willing to take my car in even though they were busy. They were very nice to answer all my questions. Long story short, I got my car back looking brand new!! It’s as if I never gotten into an accident. Everyone were nice, respectful, and kind.

I had to call in to gather some information, and the staff was very helpful, informative, and nice above all. It was pleasant experience.

My car goes in Monday for a new fender. I’m already impressed. When I took my car in for estimate had a loose spot on bumper and grill was pushed in slightly. Miss Tammy fixed those two things with her bare hands.

Well I use rave about this place base previous job prior to covet, recently took my wife car for body work, you can tell it was going to be a wait due to the amount of cars on the lot, since covet I’ve develop a sense of patience for the service industry. I brought in July 30th, the told to bring it Sept 18th, after 3 weeks of and several excuses I decided to recover my. The bottom line don’t lie to loyal customers

This place is awesome! Everyone is so friendly, informative, straightforward, & treats you like fam. Especially a lady named Tammy that couldn't have been more helpful & sympathetic during my loss of my car. Ty so much! I would recommend them 10 out of 10 to everyone!

I’m not a car person so excuse my choice of words. I scrapped my front bumper on a sidewalk which pulled my clips out and basically it looked pretty terrible to me. Monrovia was able to see me right away after work and had me in and out in 30 minutes. They eased my mind that it was actually a really easy fix and (God bless them) didn’t charge me a dime. I’m a teacher living on my own and it was just the kindest gesture that I couldn’t help but want to tell everyone about. I know I’ve found my go to body shop for quality service on my car and customer service.

I would highly recommend Monrovia Body Shop. I had my vehicle towed to this shop after an accident on Thanksgiving day. The tow truck driver was fast and efficient. The lady on staff at the shop was knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. They handled business professionally. This is a family-owned business that I would highly recommend.

This body shop came highly recommended but they’re apparently so busy that they can’t seem to fit anyone into the schedule. The communication is also lack luster. They strung me along for over a month before I gave up and went elsewhere.

I would like to give a huge "Thank You!" to this company. I was stranded for almost three hours today. The Office Manager at my agent's office, Brittany, contacted them and they came in a timely manner. Shoutout to Mr. Billie for being a superhero! This is the only towing company I will use in my area because of their great customer service. I even passed out their business cards to my coworkers. There is another company here that was supposed to come, but didn't. NEVER AGAIN! I wouldn't let them walk my dog up a ramp! Thank you guys for setting the bar high! This is what great customer service looks like!

They were great to work with. They moved my restored vintage blazer and took extra time to make sure it was loaded correctly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The whole team here was exceptional. The staff wanted to make the processes go as smooth as possible. Unlike any other facilities in town, they were quick and responsive with their repairs. I had a truck back into the front end of my Kia Forte and within two weeks of the incident the car was up and running looking brand new!

Top rate customer service!! Absolutely great work. They were recommended to me from the car dealership where I bought my car last year. My baby had over 1,000 pits from hail damage, now honestly looks better than drove off the lot!! Definately a company I'd return to next time I need a body shop (but hopefully not anytime soon). ;)

My family has used this business more times than anybody wants to over the many years we have lived in Madison, AL but it’s always an exceptional experience. The cars have always been fixed perfectly and in extremely reasonable timeframes. The staff is always pleasant - many interactions with the owner and always felt treated like extremely well. My new car was damaged where I resided in Florida and I had it estimated in Tampa just to give the person who hit my car an idea of damages. I had a trip planned to HSV so day one on my trip I brought it by their shop. They fixed it up right in a short time and almost half the cost of the original estimate. There’s not a better way to explain how great this shop has been than even living in another state I trusted them and chose to have them fix it above all else.

I’ve used this body shop 3 times over the past 10 years and they are wonderful. My insurance company says they are a recommended body shop and covers everything they do. My daughters car was badly damaged a month ago by a hit and run in a parking lot. It looks like new. Spotless. 5/5 would recommend.

Monrovia body shop did a fabulous job at fixing up my jeep after i got into a wreck in a very timely manner! they kept us in the loop of what was going on and updated us on expected finish dates! The paint job was very good and the back of the jeep looks good as new. Definitely recommend this amazing body shop!!

These are genuine good people who do exceptional work. We used them for an insurance claim, and they still exceeded our expectations. I'll recommend this auto shop to anyone that ever asks me for advice. Wish I could rate higher.

A very nice man came out on a Sunday to help me with my car, and determined it just had a loose wire connection to the battery. He tightened it up for me and I was on my way!! Very satisfied with the customer service!

Great service. Towed two cars for me and they were quick and did it for more than a reasonable price. Will be calling them again anytime I need a tow or a repair
