He worked on our behalf to remedy the situation in obtaining a replacement rental car. He did this in the most efficient manner for us and prevented us from being without a rental car for hours. He is professional and courteous.
I was out of town when my vehicle broke down. I have towing through my insurance but they were taking forever. After calling around, I got in touch with Bards Roadside. Bards roadside assistance has gotten me out of a pickle twice this week. Wife broke down in Huntsville middle of the night in a bad spot, Jeremy was there lickety split to Save the Day. Did such a great job I asked him about moving a few antique trucks of mine said no problem. Moved a total of three for me, two of them to Tennessee , I'm Alabama resident. Jeremy (owner) was the one to tow my jeep. He called to let me know he was on the way. He called to let me know he was about twenty min out. He also got here and had it on the truck in maybe 3 min. It wasnt an open lot either. Very kind in the interaction. He sent a picture to let me know it had been taken to the shop as soon as it was parked.

I ended up getting stuck at work one morning and didn't know if my car needed towed or just a start. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. He stated he wanted to try to jump start it first on the off chance that that was all that was needed and to save me the extra cost in towing. My car died on the way home; about two miles from my house. There wasn’t any other towing company nearby that was open or willing. I called Bard’s and he was there within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Bard’s to anyone in the Madison/Athens area.
Jeremy helped me get back into my apartment (on a Saturday at 9PM no less) when the door bar lock somehow got engaged. No other locksmith that I called was available or answering the phone, but Jeremy answered. He said he doesn't usually do residential, but through his perseverance he was able to get me back into my apartment. Thanks a ton Jeremy, you saved my night!
My transmission went out in my car and I had to leave it at par 72 over night. I called Jeremy first thing the next morning and he came and got my car within 30 minutes!! He was super nice and had EXCELLENT service!! HIGHLY recommended!!

I was stuck at a gas station because my car wouldn’t crank. First off, imagine how terrible of a feeling that is alone, but on top of the fact that I was an hour and a half from home when it was a 104 degree heat index, and that it would have cost me $250 to get it towed from Huntsville back to Florence, because we all know how great insurance companies are about having your back when you actually need them. Anyways, the battery was fine and I assumed it was my fuel pump because I’d been hearing a strange noise. Jeremy pulls up to the scene and does a little trouble shooting, says he believes it’s my starter, and that since my car’s a stick shift, if he pushes me and I pop the clutch, it should start right up. And imagine that, that was it! I’m not exaggerating when I say that Jeremy literally changed my life because of that! Jeremy is a good, honest, dependable man. Trust him with your towing needs!
My husband’s car overheated on his way home from work. I called Barb’s Roadside; Jeremy gave us a time of arrival and he was there on time. He handled the Corvette with care and us with the upmost respect with the situation. He explained what was going on at the moment, and what to expect. If we were to need help again we will be calling Jeremy.
I really appreciate Jeremy’s assistance today when my water pump went out. Having a flatbed was the best for my all wheel drive Hummer. Jeremy is the owner and a car person so he knows his stuff and really cares about your vehicle. He works with all insurance so there is no reason to call anyone else.
