Jeremy (owner) was the one to tow my jeep. He called to let me know he was on the way. He called to let me know he was about twenty min out. He also got here and had it on the truck in maybe 3 min. It wasnt an open lot either. Very kind in the interaction. He sent a picture to let me know it had been taken to the shop as soon as it was parked.

Jeremy helped me get back into my apartment (on a Saturday at 9PM no less) when the door bar lock somehow got engaged. No other locksmith that I called was available or answering the phone, but Jeremy answered. My husband’s car overheated on his way home from work. I called Barb’s Roadside; Jeremy gave us a time of arrival and he was there on time. He handled the Corvette with care and us with the upmost respect with the situation. He explained what was going on at the moment, and what to expect. I really appreciate Jeremy’s assistance today when my water pump went out. Having a flatbed was the best for my all wheel drive Hummer. Jeremy is the owner and a car person so he knows his stuff and really cares about your vehicle. He works with all insurance so there is no reason to call anyone else.
