This place is kinda hidden and you would pass right by it but it is a great resource. They accept everything from electronics and paint to cardboard boxes. Very clear labels on where to put things. Does not accept glass, so be prepared. This place is great.

A great resource for Opelika citizens. There's posted hours and a gate here, but it looks like the gate stays open 24/7. Has a series of very large bins, a dumpster, appliance area, and a shipping container for electronics (no batteries), paint, aluminum, and more. Remarkably clean, and doesn't even smell bad.
