Bad Business scales are wrong or stuck at heavy weights getting deducted from 20 pounds to 50 pounds short Chang me on my money my weights and a thousand dollar check ? so terrible not about the scrappers about the money and them selfs

I would usually give a 5 star review, because we deal with Jacob Belcher but yesterday he wasn’t there and we had a totally different experience.. will only go when he’s there now due to his professionalism and the way he cares.

Had a bad experience there today. As soon as I pulled in, a lady came out from office so I rolled my window down. She looked at me and said " if you don't have a USA driving license"I can't pay you". Didn't gave me no time to even show her my license or identification, so I just left and went to Mims recycling, better business there. My fault then , I didn't know that my usa passport is not considered as an ID ? .I apologize
