Came in just to get my tire repaired and they were very quick and efficient with it. Dawson took care of everything and provided great customer service.

They kindly explained to me the problem of my car and fixed that car within 5 hours. My car had a bearing problem. They fixed it at a more reasonable price than other places.
Gray’s tires was recommended to me by a friend who said that Gray’s is run by nice friendly people who never treat woman like they don’t know what they’re talking about. I can attest that Gray’s tires has a team of well trained staff who are always lovely to work with. I am going to miss them when I move down to Florida.
Today was yet another wonderful experience at Gray’s Tire & Service Center! I came in with a broken pipe near my exhaust and they were able to repair it within an hour for a fair price. They have been my go to auto shop for nearly 6 years and always provide excellent service in a timely manner.
Easily scheduled an appointment online to have a leak checked out/fixed. Vehicle was taken to the garage within five minutes of giving the technicians the key. Within twenty minutes, the leak had been checked, a patch applied, and vehicle was ready to go. Top notch customer service, clean facility, easy in and out. Will definitely return!
I received outstanding support for a flat tire today. They sent a technician to add air to the tire, allowing me to drive to their shop for tire repair. They provided excellent customer service.

Great experiences at Grays in Auburn. I’ve had three different “I need this done now” repairs on tires from a couple different vehicles, and they’ve always worked with me to get it done quick. Once, I had a brand new tire from them get two nails in it, and they were able to warranty the tire and get another new one for the cost of install, which was super super helpful and unexpected. Always above and beyond.
Gray’s Tire and Auto is by far the best place for anything you need in town. They always are professional and take care of my vehicles like they are their own. I always go to Gray’s for any and everything!

This place is amazing!! Our family was traveling thru AL from SC on our way to FL. We ended up picking up a screw along the way. Grays was probably the 7-8 place we called to get in and have a quick repair done. The other places (Costco, Firestone, Mavis and a couple others) saying the minimum wait time was 2-3 hours. Gray’s got us in immediately and had the tire fixed within 20mins! And FREE to boot! Thank you Gray’s!!
I’ve always had nothing but great experiences at Grey’s! Service is always quick, employees always friendly, and I’ve never had to be worried about being ripped off price-wise. I’ve always found their services (I’ve used them for flats and oil changes) very reasonably priced, especially with the quality they provide. Thank y’all!
I've used Gray's for many years and have always appreciated their service and trustworthiness. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed that I'm having to wait 2 hours to have my oil changed even though I made an appointment and noted that I would be waiting rather than dropping my vehicle off because of this, I did not arrange for someone to pick me up and bring me back. Now my choices are to take my car elsewhere or sit in their small waiting area for 2 hours.
I came into Gray’s with a flat tire and didn’t have a clue on what was wrong with it. They immediately came out to my rescue and reassured me they would get the tire taken off and looked at! Not only did they fix my tire but the good hearted men didn’t even charge me for their amazing customer service. I will definitely be back when I’m in town and need my tires serviced!
My husband has been a customer at Gray’s since he was in college. They have always been great in customer service, price, fairness, and quality work. They have a kind front office staff and I have been able to work in their waiting room while I wait. We will only use Gray’s for our car service needs and we’ll order tires there, too!
Great communication. Friendly service. My daughter’s car had an issue and we thought the part would be a while to get, but they were able to fix her car within 2 days instead of the a week as they first thought. And they even checked on her and the car a few days later, which we really liked.
Would recommend Grays for anyone needing any work done. I’ve got my brakes fixed and more recently had to get a plug in my tire. Took 30 minutes with no charge. Great customer service.

I have been to Gray's a number of times for different reasons and every single time the services provided have been top tier! They really care about their business and the people who come into their shop.
One time I had accidently locked my keys in my car at the dollar general next to them, and a worker saw me struggling and walked right up to me with his tools and immediately helped me out! The service here is just amazing!
The prices are fair and they have never overcharged me or my boyfriend. This is and always will be my 1st choice in anything auto related.
Me and my mother went there today, her car was sputtering, and all the warning lights were on. Turns out it was lean gas. That nice guy put some additive in the gas and reset the lights for no charge. it works now. We just got a new auto-mechanic center.

Matthew and the team at Grays did an awesome job in helping my daughter get back on the road after experiencing a road hazard failure of a relatively new tire that was not purchased at Grays. They got the needed paperwork from us, coordinated the warranty on the replacement tire and had the tire delivered and installed the same day. Great job!
I work in the automotive industry and have been taking my vehicles here for roughly 12 years. They never fail to impress me. It's one of those businesses that will have you saying "Why can't all companies treat their customers like this?"
