I was extremely happy with the service I received. If I’m ever in the area again and need help I will be calling them. Ray was very friendly and helped me out in a bind. Just an update… Mr Ray even messaged me to make sure I made it home. You can’t find service like that anymore.
Yes I know the situation with the person saying ray schepp is a crook is a false statement nobody paid him to do the job like they were supposed to you and he picked up all the debris on side of road and no one reached out to him about paying him as soon as they could after 90 days technically the car is his property now o
Wow!!!! I was blown away by the service we got from Ray's Trk & Wrecker Service. My son had taken his girlfriend camping at a remote hunt camp a couple hrs away from where we live. They were the only ones camping there and at approx 3 am my son calls me to say the Jeep would not crank, the battery was completely dead and there was absolutely none around to ask for help. I looked online and found several wrecker services that said they were open 24 hrs but when we called them none of them wanted to go on the call and suggested we call someone else. :( I was very upset and I tried one last place, RAY'S TRK & WRECKER SVC, I could tell that I had woken the gentlemen up, but he had no complaints at all. He also never seemed like it was to small of a call for him to go on, he got my sons phone number, address of about where they were camping at and told me he had to get up and dressed and then he would be on his way to go and find them. Awesome!!! That's the way you expect people in the service industry to treat you and how you expect they will respond when you call on them to help you. I have his number saved in my phone and I will always call him first when i'm in his area and in need of his service, I hope you do the same. You just don't find good, hard working people who want to help others very often, I can tell u for a fact that this is one of those people and you wont regret calling them to come to your aid when the need arises. THANK YOU so very much RAY'S TRK & WRECKER SVC, you have put a moms worries to ease and I cant thank you enuf for that and for getting my baby safely on his way home!!
One other thing I would like to bring up would be the price that we were charged...keep in mind that I called this man at a little after 3 in the morning, woke him up, couldn't give him an exact location for where my son was, also he knew that all we needed was him to jump my sons Jeep off with jumper cables, not exactly a job that would be bringing him a large amount of money when he was done. Despite all this and with nothing but a kind, helpful way about himself, the gentleman was on his way to locate and help my son. After driving around looking for where the camp site might be, my son spotted the wrecker truck passing his location, after this happened a couple of times my son was able to walk twords the main road and the man was able to see him and where he needed to go. When all was said and done we were very happily surprised to see the bill with the grand total being only $70.00. You just don't come across companies or people very often these days that are there to do you a service and do it right and complete, and then charge you a fair price for their work, again I have to say that RAY'S is 100%!! Thank You!
Ray showed up at a moments notice to save the date I was on when we slid into a ditch early in the morning. He made me look good and I can’t thank him enough.
Needed help in the middle of Bankhead Forest, and Ray came and got us and took good care of us. Clearly a family business that cares for its customers. Highly recommended.
He was a lifesaver tonight! He got to us quickly and was so friendly! He was patient with us, not knowing the area and giving bad directions, too. Best price and best service! I would highly reccomend!!!!! (He was even great with a curious 6 year old. Haha)
Absolutely great service! My truck broke down a long way from home Friday evening. After calling multiple wrecker services and being told no, Ray's Truck and Wrecker Services said yes. He had just made it home from a long day of work, but was still willing to come and rescue me. I am so greatful that he did. We talked and laughed the entire ride! If I had to use them again again I most certainly would!!!
