Manager sold me wrong rotor. I worked and worked on putting it on and finally figured out it was wrong size.. I was furious because I was so tired of wrestling with the wrong size rotor. He even saw my car and made me have to go through this hardship. When I went back to exchange it they charged me $20 more because of the managers mistake. I think I should’ve gotten it for half price!! This was the most miserable experience I have ever dealt with!! I will not go back to buy anything else from this store!!

Good friendly knowledgeable staff as always. My return experience was actually better than the purchase experience. There was a $110.00 price difference from what I found online with the add in my hand on my phone the girl wanted to argue with me about it. I just showed it to her, she got my part but seemed rather salty about the whole thing which isn't really what you want for customer service. Either way I didn't use the part but returned it to another branch where my experience was much better. Returned no problem and purchased another 300$ worth of merchandise. Sometimes customer service really does make that difference. I've used Advance for years and will continue to in the future.
After having no luck on parts at another store, I was told this location had the part I needed. Got here and they did NOT. Debra the manager was rude and unhelpful.
Worst advance auto parts store ever. All the other ones I've been to around America have been great but not the one in Rogersville Alabama.
My daughter and I went to order a hood support for her vehicle. Before ordering it we asked if they would put it on when it came in and they said yes although they wouldn't give me a military discount which they in fact offer but apparently not in Rogersville. We paid for it and came back the next day. The part came in but they refused to put it on like they said they would! I explained I'm a disabled veteran but they refused to do whatthey agreed.Then the older woman and punky looking older guy got really rude. There were three workers and we were the only customers yet they still refused to do their jobs!!!
I would like to thank associate Aaron P. For his help getting me the parts to make a discontinued ATV PCV hose. We had to end up putting a T adapter into 2 different hoses and it worked perfectly!! Thank you again. And someone please give this guy a bonus!!!
The other than auto parts store next door didn't even walk to the back, he just said they wouldn't be able to match it after i told them I didn't mind building a custom hose!!

This location has a well trained staff, very knowledgeable and they are always very helpful getting the right products needed. Rogersville is one of the best small towns in the country. Most amenities are nearby and and it's easy to navigate in and out of the businesses and traffic flow.
