My daughter attends UNA and was in her first car wreck this past week. We live about 2.5 hours away, and getting that call was absolutely terrifying, especially because she was so upset and we couldn’t get to her immediately.
Her car had to be towed, and not knowing who to call, I asked the police officer on scene who they recommended. The officer contacted Randy’s Towing for us, and I am so thankful they did.
One of the very first things my daughter said once she was safely back at her dorm was how incredibly kind the tow truck driver was. She shared how he explained everything to her, helped calm her down in a very stressful situation.
As a mom who felt completely helpless being so far away, I can’t express how much that meant to me. In the middle of chaos, he brought professionalism, reassurance, and calm to this situation.
When we were able to get to Florence a few days later to see the damage, we met him in the office and he remembered my daughter from three nights earlier and even asked her how she was doing and truly seemed like he cared and we are only strangers to this man.
This kind of customer service is rare and unheard of these days, people who genuinely care and treat others like it’s more than “just a job.” Thank you, Mr. Butch, from the bottom of our hearts. I truly hope the kindness you showed our daughter comes back to you many times over.
These guys are amazing. The scheduled for tomorrow morning pick up. Yet they just got my vehicle. It hasn't run in almost a year was stuck in the ground. Monty knew exactly what he was doing. 15 minutes hooked, dragged and gone. I highly recommend these guys! Way cheaper than Simpsons!
