10 weeks for a job that should have been done in 2. There is no excuse for the way they’ve handled this job. They keep telling me they’ll call me in a few days when it’s done - then I don’t get a call. I call them the day after -and it’s always the same:
“We‘ll call you in a few days when it’s done.”
And then they don’t call.
10 weeks and going.
Andrew picked me up and got me home safely. My car died far away from home and I was a mess. My son in law called them for me and they came to help me.
Andrew is a skilled driver and very friendly and courteous.
Utilized Roadside Assistance through CNA Warranty Service and Johnathan was sent to pick up my son’s Camaro today when it went dead. He immediately told me he wouldn’t be able to get the car up on his tow truck and would have to call for another truck with ramps due to the ground effects and not wanting to damage the car. We (Me, My Husband & Son) were all very appreciative of the care that was taken by him and the other driver when placing the car on the tow truck. Johnathan assured me from the beginning that he would treat the car as if it were his own and he did just that!!! Honest and overall Great Guy!!! Our first time using Simpson’s and we were VERY pleased, would definitely use again!! Kudos to Johnathan!!!
Simpson’s came through for the second time on a job I needed done. They were quick to arrive and no problem working as a team. It definitely was not in their ordinary scope of work but I’m sure the guys enjoyed the break from a vehicle tow. I’m sure I’ll need them again in the near future and would recommend their services.
Terrible customer service they act like they racist towards black people,who ain’t in Florence Me and my friends all called up there and each of them gave us attitude.Haven’t got a nice person yet won’t let me get medicine out my car that I need and I’m homeless so I have very important things and they say I can’t get my stuff out. Life happens it’s like they judging me just cause I’m asking about the car and I’m the owner hell the way they talk they sold it already
I highly recommend this company. My niece had a flat tire and we struggled to get 1 lugnut off to change it. Gave Simpsons a call and the guy came out and helped us get it off and put the spare on and even made sure there was enough air in the tire. Thank you for your help, we appreciate it very much!
The works was so nice to help me with my SUV when I broke down at UNA College, also generous to not charge me for over weekend storage fee. Only $80 thank you so much. And check my oil and transmission before I drove off the property. May God Bless yall Company.
It was easy to call and request service and the truck arrived quickly. He asked about the issue with my car and ended up checking the battery, jumping it with cables, and I was able to start my car so I could drive it to shop on my own. Amazing service, and if I need a wrecker I will be calling this company again.

I've used this company several times the first time they was on the road and pulled a semi that was stuck about from a spot two other companies was unable to then Nov 2022 I was having a mobile home moved the mover got stuck still attached to the mobile home. They was able to pull the movers vehicle as well as the mobile home. If you have heavy equipment, in a location hard to get out of or just need good reliable service this is the company to call. I recommend them to anyone needing towing services. Can't say enough good things about them

My car insurance company partnered me with Simpson's to have my car towed to an auto service. Chuck is the person who assisted me, and he was so kind and helpful! He contacted the auto service place for me to make sure they could take a look at my car before they closed, and stayed with me while they looked at it. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have been able to get service and get back on my way home in the same day.
Excellent service. Had driver Joe pick up my car several times and he has always been very professional and friendly. Speed of service is excellent even when dealing with other issues. Very kind people and excellent workers. Best tow company in town!
My sister's car broke down on the way from Memphis to Huntsville, and these guys came to the rescue very promptly and at a good price. Code it to a local mechanic and the quote was cheap and spot-on to what they told me. Highly recommend their reliable service.
If you hire Simpson's Collision Repair and Wrecker Service you may run into frustrating circumstances regarding storage fees. Even more so on weekends, as they are only there for limited hours on Saturday and Sunday, and then only on the third weekend of every month. They assess a full day storage fee of $25 regardless of them being present at their impound lot to release a vehicle. They also state that it is their right to charge a full day of storage if they bring your vehicle to their lot before 12 am on any day. So if they tow it at 10 pm and get to the lot at 11:00 pm, it is their right to charge your tow fee and a full day of storage for that evening, as well as a full day of storage for the next day, even if you are there the second they open. So for example, if they tow your property 6.8 miles on a Friday evening, you can expect a $150 tow fee and multiple days of storage fees, when you can't even get it on most Saturdays or Sundays. Even if they are there on a Saturday or Sunday, sometimes they don't inform their answering service. This situation happened to me, though they only charged me for 2 days of storage. They informed me of this information and these policies while indicating I was lucky, because they could have made it worse. Just understand their tow policies before you hire them to recover your vehicle. In my situation, they towed my stolen motorcycle after a thief wrecked it, subsequent to a police pursuit. This is not a scathing review, and they to the best of my knowledge did a great job towing.
Very courteous & friendly. These gentlemen were helpful with getting me back on the road even when they didn't have to be. I would for sure recommend them if you ever should need this type of service.
