Got a call center that was a joke. Sounded like China.. Couldn't speak English enough and was ridiculously priced. About triple.. Wasted 45 minutes on the phone while on the side of the road.
After waiting on hold for a very long time, they couldn't give me a quote without an actual address. I had a pin drop and the miles needed for the tow. I had to figure out the address and then we given a ridiculous quote.
So…… my brother got stranded last and needed help. Of course he didn’t want to wake any of us up so he called his insurance company who referred him to this place. They tell him at 10 pm that they are on the way to help him. He waits an hour or 2 and calls back. They say they will be there in another hour. Finally at 1 am or so he calls them and they say they can’t be there until 10am!!!!! So they couldn’t have the kindness and decency to let him know? He had to sit in his car all night!!!!!!!!! Waiting. Oh and this company took the money too but never came. I’m literally disgusted! What kind of company treats their customers like this?????
Called to request a tow from 6 MILES from this location to the auto shop next door. They told me ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY DOLLARS TO DRIVE SIX MILES. This wrecker is a TOTAL rip off. Call ABC As they charged $80 TOTAL. What a terrible business to over charge like that. See the reviews where they are not taking it far they either over charge or dont ever show. Bad bad business!
My son broke down at 11:30 last night and his emergency road service through USAA dispatched this company. They called my son and said they would be there in 1 1/2 hours and my husband verified the address. The insurance company showed a subdivision a 1/2 mile from where they were so my husband gave the driver the correct address. 3 hours later my son gets a text saying Gupart’s would not be able to complete the job. So they waited from 11:30pm-4:30am for nothing. We left the car and will try to find a reliable business at 8.
I required a vehicle towed and contacted 4 different organizations yet no reaction. So I looked into Gupart's Towing and called and Mike addressed right away. He said to give him and hour or hour and half. He appeared inside 60 minutes. Entirely affable, amicable and proficient assistance. Enthusiastically suggest them.
My experience was a long 2 hr plus wait . Gupart's is not located where they say they are ; they appear to be simply a middle man , charging twice the rate. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !
Gupart’s is an actual scam. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They took our money, left us on the side of the interstate four miles away from the “company”, and kept delaying the time of arrival. Customer service was rude too. Everything they told us made no sense. This place is a scam. Please save your money and your time.
If I could give 6 stars I would. Our car broke down late at night around 12 and for a low price they came and got it within the hour. Extremely nice and super outgoing. Gokus towing service is great
They were supposed to arrive by 1am. Received a call at 3:30am that they were in route due to a delay. Received a text at 5:20am that there was an issue with the service. I called at 8:30 am to find out the car had not been towed, as the truck in route broke down and there were no other trucks available. They refunded my fee but offered no additional solutions.
I have only love for Guparts Towing. They know how to treat their customers RIGHT. We always refer them to anybody who asks us for a towing company. I appreciate all you do
