That is a negative star ! I have been to this location twice in a month and both times no one knows what’s going on ! The lack of competence at this location is mind blowing.never be back !
I am never one to leave such horrible reviews, but after what I’ve been through with this store I have to. Last week I came in to get a new battery. My old battery was “tested” by someone working here (never got his name) and he said my battery was fine. He recommended a new alternator, which I purchased (approximately $250.) After purchasing it, I had an extremely hard time even finding someone to install it since I have a Lexus. After calling 20 different places I finally got it installed. ANOTHER $400 for the labor. After receiving my car back it still wouldn’t crank. It was the battery after all. When we called the store back and explained to the manager what happened there was absolutely nothing that could be done to compensate them giving me false information about not needing a new battery. After around $750 DOWN THE DRAIN right before my vacation and hearing there was absolutely nothing they could that’s it for me. I will never return to this one or any other location EVER again. Corporate is involved as well and has yet to help me one bit.
Me and my wife were traveling through Leeds on a road trip. We needed to stop in for a new battery. James got us a new battery and installed it in our car for us in 12 minutes. Go see him, he will get you taken care of!
Piss poor sales reps..Bad attitudes..no time to help anyone...very vulgar and threatening...Way more worried about closing than simply helping with a small request...went there all the time now I'll never go back

We were told that this O'Reilly mixed touch-up paint, as we couldn't find the one we needed anywhere. We drove there and were promptly greeted by a big fella with a smile on his face (hence, the two stars). I asked if they mixed paint, and he said yes and pointed to a grumpy guy further down the counter. He said, "he mixes paint". To which the grump stated, "the touch-up is down that aisle". But the one we needed wasn't. We turned toward the counter and grumpy paint mixer was gone...mind you, there was no one else in the store. Short story long, we went to Auto Zone. They didn't have it either, but we're quick to offer to order it. We'll pick it up in the morning.
The customer service from the manager with a red beard, Jess or James I think is his name, is terrible. That man is the worst and will not warranty items that are under warranty. Bought a bad battery from him and he just would not replace it and insisted there was something wrong with my vehicle(there was not). Have to drive 30 minutes to the next closest one every time because of this dillweed.
Cannot say enough good things about the service I received here. Arrived early on a Sunday morning and only one counter guy was up front. He not only took time for me, but other customers as well and did an exceptional job. The part I purchased wasn't exactly what I needed and I was allowed to return it the next day, no questions asked for a complete refund. Yep..today I became a loyal O'REILLY Auto parts customer!
This location always has what I need in stock, and always has excellent customer service. Went in there this morning, the manager, Luis, scanned the code for the check engine light in my son’s SUV, told me what I needed, problem solved. This is the go-to place for your auto parts needs!
I'm so thankful to the you man fir putting my windshield blads on he went out in the rain and did it without any hesitation, granted it's not his job but he was very nice and did it for me. Thanks O'Reilly for such great service.
This is a good store. O'Reilly's stores are not big and they don't always have everything in stock, but they have a GREAT inventory system that I have found to be more accurate than any competitor. If they don't have what you need, they can find it locally without trouble and either have it sent over or you can go pick it up. I have never been sent to a store only for them to not have the item, unlike some competitors. The store is always clean, and have an appropriate number of employees.
Help me understand the sign on your door states masks are required yet the security guy as well as the employees were not wearing them!! Could this be considered false advertising?
Today I was in O’Reillys auto parts store in Leeds Alabama and I wanted them to unplug the plug wire and take the plug out to see if it was fouling out so I can get another one and put it in
I’m 57 years old , just had two knee surgeries explain to them that I can’t do it , that I’m new down here in the Birmingham / Leeds area don’t know no mechanics or anything and ask them if they would do that and Manager told me HATEFULLY no we don’t do that
that ain’t no kind of customer service to have for an auto parts store

Very friendly, great sense of humor & very polite. We don't use any other auto parts place. Only O'Reilly's. 😁 And we recommend O'Reillys to everybody.
