I recently visited this Advance Auto Parts location when my vehicle wouldn’t start. I was frustrated at first with some of the store policies, but the manager took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand why those policies were in place. That level of communication and professionalism really stood out. The technician also went above and beyond. Even though the issue with my vehicle wasn’t something they could fix on-site, he still took his time to help me diagnose the problem and explain what was going on in detail. Their patience, courtesy, and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service and integrity. — Cedric

This is the worst store ever, when I came to buy a an car oil tube, the old white man, recommended a tube, which did not even fit the whole, when I reached out to him, about, he said they were not responsible 🙄, I told him not to recommend anything, if he didn't know what the product, I think he assumed, because I was a woman. That I wouldn't confront him about it, I will never come over there or recommend anyone over there. He is very disrespectful 😤

I needed to buy an alternator for my car. I’m a senior citizen and someone is fixing it for me. Marcus greeted me at the door, patiently helped me, even walked it to my car because he said it was a little heavy, which it was. He told me to be sure and bring back the old one for the core. I would receive money back. I did that the next day and I was so glad he was there because he was such a pleasure to work with the day before. The day before I had gone to AutoZone downtown because my battery was dead. I’ve already left a glowing review for that store. Leroy and Crystal took very good care of me. What could’ve been a very trying weekend Was so much easier because of Marcus, Leroy and Crystal. I hope the powers that be of this company sees my review. They showed me customer service like I remember from days ago.

I went to lake Purdy after picking up some auto parts. At the lake I saw a koi that was about 18 inches long. Dont put ur pet fish in our waterways when u get tired of them, please!

I went in Advanced Auto parts today to get my car set up to scanner to see why my light came on in my car . Darryl and Gary and a nice lady helped me. They went over and above explaining things to me and reassuring me my problem was not dangerous.. Super Super Nice and helpful !!!

Good parts house with a nice rewards program to boot. The staff is always kind with a smile and easy to get along with . We use the pick up service often. I order the parts and products per the online app and the wife rides by and picks it up . Easy as it gets 👍

The person who helped me was amazing. It was a great experience and they were very helpful. They checked my battery and replaced it and gave me some pointers about what else may need to be done. Thank you!

What a great experience. The store manager, Tyree (sorry if I got that wrong) helped me change out a headlamp on my truck (which was a pain in the neck)... so, I decided to go ahead a buy a new battery (and the store associate who did that was great, too). Everyone in the store is very friendly and happy to help. I will be back for sure!!

We love this place. Easy to call and see what they have or order it if not in stock without actually going down there. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Sean has been there and helping us for over a decade. For this reason, the personal attention and customer service we receive, we don't ever go anywhere else...even if we have to wait for something to come in bc we had to order it. Prices are extremely reasonable. All around great place and we highly recommend.

In-Store inventory does NOT match on-line inventory! Website said they had 3 DIFFERENT 36mm sockets when in reality they only had 1. I just hope a 36mm "axle nut socket" will fit a standard 8 sided nut so I can change my countershaft sprocket on my 2005 Triumph America. I know all of their inventory count in "computerized" and automated, but computers make really fast, accurate MISTAKES! A real human needs to check in hand inventory vs. what their website states they have.

Today I went in to buy front and rear brakes. Told them the exact info that was needed. Was sold the wrong ones and had to exchange them at a more qualified experienced Advance in Calera. Need to hire someone who knows what they are doing. So be careful and make sure you know what you need cause they don't know.

My friends car battery died and we were able to get her car to this location at a very busy time of day. An employee walking in with his take out order in his hands asked me if he could help me as I looked pretty helpless with 2 kids in backseat and my driver door open. I was standing beside the car trying to cool down. I told him what we needed and my friend was already inside the store. Less than 5 minutes later the gentleman walked out with the new battery and installed it! I know his meal was cold by this time and we all thanked him and the kids clapped their hands. I wish I had gotten his name. I highly recommend this location and will not hesitate to visit this location again.

The employees were very helpful in helping me locate items ... And installing wiper blade for my car. More importantly to me, Tom (mgr?) helped me understand how their in-store system keeps prior purchase history for max 2 years or item warranty life ...whichever is longer. He suggested I set up an account at advanceauto.com where my purchases are stored indefinitely and I may view at my discretion 🌝

Helpful staff, clean store, site to store shipping and pickup. Well stocked, but they will order anything they don't have in stock for you and it's usually in within a day or two. I'll be honest, it's one of my happy places. They don't seem to mind if I spend an exorbitant amount of time browsing around and occasionally reminisce about working on cars with my dad. Good people.

Can’t speak highly enough about the quality of service. The two guys working on Friday night helped me so much more than their jobs would have required them to and ultimately saved me hundreds of dollars. This is the place to go for anything auto parts related.

Lack luster service, people at counter seemed disoriented, I felt like I was a prisoner in a firing line. They had attitudes, was not a pleasurable experience at all. In the future I would recommend to take your business elsewhere. The management needs to brush up on customer service, before the place starts to lose business.

Such a great experience! Had to stop by for coolant because my car was starting to overheat. Thomas was a tremendous help. He helped me refill the coolant and he let me know I needed a new radiator cap. 10/10 would recommend going here for your car needs. Just fantastic!

Are these guys helpful, yes. Are they usually right when you ask them a question, yes. But are they going to go the extra mile to help you out if you are in a jam? Heck no, this is not the place you wanna go if you are having a transportation emergency! I guess I don't blame the employees at this store for not going the extra mile but It isn't a great way to treat your fellow man when he's stranded. The night I am referring to the employees at this location wouldn't even give this dude a jump after his car wouldn't start. It was closing time and although they could have simply help the dude out. They told him they were closed and were leaving. Which they did! I was certainly glad I was just installing new headlamps on my car.

Alternator for friends toyota rav 4 instock -✅ overpriced✅i went to pick part up friend ordered it with his card i was doing the fixing had the core for return and boom wont give me the part even with the digital receipt and friends name and number so he had to leave work which was the whole point of me fixing and him doing the web order so he woukdnt miss work but that plan went to hell and thats my experience. The moral to the story is I understand being careful and being safe but there's time with time and sense overrides all of that and should be used write that down thanks kids goodnight

Amazing service! Rolled in with a bad battery; it was an odd size/type and not in stock. They called around to other locations, found one, immediately went and picked it up for me, and installed it upon return. I believe it was Shane who did all this. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Walked in and spoke to Carla. She made eye contact with me as I spoke to her, and then completely ignored me. Terrible customer service. I will not likely ask for her help again. Steve however solved my problems without a hitch. Definitely will be a return customer

I just went in to find an air intake hose for my car. I would have been fine waiting for the gentleman to finish with his customer. I don't know exactly what I am looking for, since I previously bought the wrong part online. He pointed to the general area I might find one. I need help, so apparently this is not the store for me.

Great experience. Went in on Sunday 7-02-15 thinking my car needed a new battery. Claude tested the battery for me and told me the battery was still looking good. I came in ready to buy a batter (batter is probably about 5-6 yrs old by now), and had already voiced this. He could have easily told me the battery had to be replaced, but he was honest. We found the connection was loose so he cleaned the corrosion for me and put a new clamp on the positive. That was all that was needed. A $4.99 clamp instead of a $90+ battery. I may not have spent much, but I will definitely be back for any needs both of my cars have. Thanks, Claude!
