I had a very good experience here. The manager, Trey, was very kind and professional. I had battery issues and he went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get me on my way. I would highly recommend their services.
Excellent experience and excellent customer service. Called ahead to ask for a battery check, they came out immediately, and also had a new battery fast for us. We were trying to head out of town, so of course stressed. But man David and the other guy literally helped us out and we're so friendly too. Made me want to be a better person honestly haha. Easily the best experience I’ve had at an auto parts store. They know their stock behind the counter incredibly well. Took the guy about a quarter of the time to go back and get exactly what I was looking for.
I also needed a jack, and he talked me through which option would be best for what I was trying to do…and was it one of the most expensive options? Nope! Second cheapest one they sold.
Walked into the store with only a halfway decent understanding of how to replace the starter in my truck (or a starter in any vehicle). Thanks to the guy’s advice and the quality products they sell, the install process was a breeze, and my trucks been running fine ever since.

Just wanted to give a awesome shout out to this store! Lee has went above and beyond what I needed for my car. He got me a battery and installed it in less than ten minutes. He helped me with my check engine light and ran a test on it and found out I needed a new battery! Thanks Lee! You are my hero!

Very helpful. I went to get a passenger-side wiper blade and they were able to help me find what matched my car, even though I had bought a driver-side wiper blade somewhere else. Assisted with installation as well.
I don't often leave reviews. However, I woke up to a dead battery and after finally getting my car started/jumped I made it to O'Reillys. I want to brag on Chris! He was not only professional but was sincerely a nice guy. On top of that, he had a new battery in my car in 8-9 minutes. My bad day was cured in a short time with no BS. The world needs more people like Chris.

The only car shop I go to even after moving further away because they’re kind, knowledgeable, and best of all don’t immediately become condescending, anytime I need anything for a car I’m working on or for my own I would rather make the 30 min drive here instead of the 5 min drive the shop down the road from me. Showed up 5 minutes before closing to buy a replacement low beam bulb. Ricky, the store clerk, was super helpful and even helped install it quickly. Really appreciate the customer service!
I went in yesterday to buy some fix a flat and Rose was very knowledgeable about the different types. She also told me that weather can play apart in the tire pressure. Secondly, she was very encouraging. Customer service is very important!
The two females working at the counter were outstanding. I presented a complicated return from a previous store employee. The assistant manager was very calm and found the account and helped with the return. High quality staff at this location!!
I stopped in because of a battery that was dying. Deidra initially assisted me and was extremely kind and helpful. The manager, Daniel, checked and found that it was still under warranty and installed a replacement battery and taught me some maintenance tips. Both were super nice and easy to work with. I will definitely use this store again. I am in sales and take notice of excellent customer service, which is harder and harder to find these days.
Had a great experience here. Daniel goes above and beyond every single time I go here and even spent well over an hour trying to help me get my car started to run a test on it. The man deserves a raise
I always seek O’ Reilly’s out over any other auto parts store. Why? Well, i’m a single female that has no clue about car stuff so anytime i need a headlight bulb changed or wiper blade replaced, they’re always more than willing to help out. And refuse to accept tips! Big props to Michael for helping me out this visit and being so kind!

Very professional, friendly, and helpful employees. My battery had died, it was extremely hot outside, I had groceries in the car and at 65 years-old I needed the help. They sold me a new battery, installed it and I was on my way home. Thank you very much for the service.

I gave this location a three stars just due to the fact that I was stranded there after I went back out to my car due to a flat tire. I went back in to ask if I could use the restroom because I knew it was going to be a while before roadside could come fix my tire. I was told they didn't have a restroom for the public. I have been in other locations and this is never been a problem and due to the situation I just assumed that they would allow me to use the restroom. I actually had to stay about 2 hours afterwards waiting on roadside due to them being busy. I don't know I just felt like I didn't get very friendly service.
Very good experiences Everytime I shop here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I needlessly bought some brake fluid and they recommend me to return it. You never feel like they are trying to upsell you.
