Quick & Professional experience. This was my first time having to have my car towed, and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer, smoother experience. The wrecker’s communication was on point, and she was very friendly! Thank you for a great experience

The tow truck showed up surprisingly quick and the operator was very nice and got my car home quickly. It was nearly midnight and It was freezing outside and he offered for me and my son to go ahead and sit in the truck with the heater blasting while he got everything taken care of. Very professional, courteous and friendly, all for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Great Service, best price. We were broken down on 20/59 in a dangerous situation and they sent two people to tow and block the lane for safety. Couldn't have been more pleased. Driver was very friendly and helpful.

I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire on my way to work. I’m not even remotely handy so I call for assistance to change it. The first dispatcher I talked to was nice, but the second one (after I had been waiting for 45 minutes at that point) was not at all. The guy got there about an hour and 15 minutes after I had initially called (which is fine - it was before 6am when I reached out). We got my spare out of my trunk. I sat in the car while he put it on. I paid for my service & asked if he thought I’d be okay until this afternoon/after work to get a new tire (I haven’t had a flat in like 10 years - I had forgotten how long you can drive on a spare). He told me “oh no, you’ll need to get off on the next exit and get air in that thing. It’s basically flat.” …..I paid this guy $95 to change my flat tire to a seemingly less flat tire. I won’t get into how bad this got after we parted ways/I went to get air because it has nothing to do with the service itself. Why couldn’t he have mentioned it was flat before changing it and offer to tow it instead? Would he have even told me if I hadn’t asked? That is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. This was such an upsetting experience that I’m writing my first ever Google review. Thanks.

Ronan is a hard charger. Young but knows his stuff. Weather doesn't seem to bother him and his attention to detail is second to none. Great customer relation person. I'm very grateful that Alan with Pro Tow was the technician for my wrecker services. My 2019 Range Rover Velar was over heating and my mechanic urgently requested to not start up the vehicle again. The Velar has a retractable knob to be put into neutral; however, it only works when the car is on. He took the time to figure out the best option to get the car on the wrecker without starting the engine which I was very grateful for. I highly recommend Pro Tow and especially Alan there technician. Thank you for the excellent service!
