Very helpful to me as I was broke down in an intersection. The guy that came was awesome! I can't thank him enough, you see I was 40$ short and he couldn't wait for me to go to ATM so he covered it. Never has a tow company done this. I lost his info, had to buy another vehicle, but I'm gonna find and repay the 40$. Great customer service
Bad service by the caller not given right information and lead force use they came pick my car without my say so and had pay cause they took to the location with even getting card info
I literally just hung up from him about 5 minutes ago. I’m trying to get my mom’s car towed less than a mile from our apartment to the repair shop which is all less than a mile from his company and he quoted me $199.99 because it’s a holiday. I politely said no thank you and he mumbled something under his breath before hanging up in my face. Very rude and unprofessional! Not to mention, he doesn’t have reasonable prices, he just charges whatever he wants to depending on the day. I would highly NOT recommend this company!! Believe all of the less than good reviews on here because they’re true! If I could give him zero stars I certainly would!
I called this idiot and he was obviously high or drunk. Picked up the phone and wouldn't say anything. When I finally got him to speak he told me the price and said it would take him 45 min to get to me. 45 min later I call back, he answers the phone and the television is playing in the background. He doesn't respond, just holds the phone. Don't call this crack head.
