I Love Car Country , regardless what anyone has said about them , they are great people , they are like family. I've gotten 2 cars from them and will go back to them if I ever need another one . They will work with anyone, if something comes up and you can't make your payment they will work with you . The longest I've gone without making a payment was 3 months ( buying two cars at the same time ) I went in made my payment ( paid what I could ) and nothing was said No big late fee and most important No Repo hunting the cars down !! Show me another car lot that will do that before adding negative comments. Thank you Car Country for Always looking out for my family .
This is some of the best folks in the car business! They are good to get you in a good car in your price range, they work with you if it’s not right they do their best to get it in and running right for you! Hats off to Tony,Nathan and Angela the daughter end sister who does the book work! If you need a vehicle go see them I thick you will be most pleased!!
My husband and I have bought so many cars from Car County I’ve lost count. We’ve been dealing with them off and on for over thirty years and they are like family to me. We’ve gotten some lemons here and there but they always let us trade those in on something better or fix what’s wrong. I’d trust Nathan to put me or a loved one in a safe car over anyone I know. If he knows of an issue on a car he will tell you. I lost my husband in August of 2020 and the entire family there were so gracious to me. They will work with you on payments and if you do have a problem down the road like getting laid off or something like that they are good to defer payments or help in any way they can. There are only two things I could say that’s negative and that’s they don’t always have a great selection of vehicles that are there’s to finance and secondly, they don’t report to a credit agency but if you need a set a set a wheels and a chance to get rolling Car Country is the place to go!!!
If I could leave no stars. I would! The owner has no respect for women or anyone he comes across. My husband purchased a car from them with a trade in & down payment. After getting the car inspected. It was brought to our attention that the car has transmission codes. Yes, they did let us trade it for a "better" car. I chose that word very lightly, because only 2wks the overdrive went out. Took that car back, asked them to fix the car. It took them 2wks & they had no sense of urgency or consideration for the inconvenience they've caused us. Trust & believe I would've never purchased a vehicle with them, but we needed a car asap. After the car was finally finished. They wanted us to pay for the repairs of a car we only had for 2wks!!! When my husband asked me to call for him to check on the car, I was rudely told that he didn't have to talk to me & he said what he said. It's hard to pay your hard earn money to a business that doesn't respect you as a person or value your business as a customer. NEVER AGAIN!! I warn everyone to never buy from them, they will sell you a car that will drive off the lot & that's it! They don't appreciate the people that make their business successful. It's definitely a lesson learned. Car Counrty don't care about no one but themselve .
Everybody in the that building is super nice!!! This is my second trade with them had a Nissan Maxima it was a great car never gave me any trouble and decided to trade it in and go with a manual transmission car and drove off in a Volvo s40! You get what u get from any car dealership but not every buy here pay here dealership fixes the problem with the vehicle! They make sure your vehicle is fixed and drive it themselves to make sure it’s ok before u leave with it! So I definitely give Car Country 5 stars!! And thank y’all for taking care of me!!! Need a good car stop in guys and check them out they’ll get your driving off in a new car the same day!!

But car country is a great place, they're easy to work with, friendly, and they want to put you in a car They don't treat you like you're just a sale, like big franchises, they make sure you get a quality car with a great price that you can afford and they work with what you can offer. I went in there with only $800 cash and they gave me an amazing payment I could afford while still able to pay my bills and have money left over Also, the man wouldn't let me drive off of the lot before he looked at it to make sure it wasn't gonna break down Great place, I'd recommend them to many
Bought a 2001 Nissan Xterra great deal great vehicle and a mechanic there is excellent I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car and and anyone who needs Car Lot financing
The car I bought was way overpriced... And I wound up having to work on it immediately. Bent frame--among many other issues. In short, a rebuilt total that was not fixed. Also, didn't help my credit since they do not report to the credit bureau.
