Clerk was very helpful, checked code for service engine light.

Mark B assisted meat the register. He was very help with letting me know about the warranty on my break pads.

Store was clean and well organized. Fellas were willing to help me even though it was closing time. All the employees were friendly here which is a welcomed change at Autozone.

I enjoy the service I get at this Location, they assisted me with my purchase of breaks and rotors for my gmc acadia. Also a nice lady who was very informative. I forget her name but I do remember she recently celebrated a birthday this month.

Thank you to the Lovely Kyle who showed me what I needed for my car. I would've been stranded if it weren't for him. That boy deserves a raise. Thank you AutoZone.

I went in to get some oil for my patrol car. Everyone inside was really helpful. I accidental y dropped my oil cap down into the engine block and several employees came out to help me. One of them, Zach White, actually got down on his back and under the vehicle to help retrieve the cap. Outstanding service, I’ll be sure to use this location again.

Driving home my check engine light came on, 100 degrees today, all I needed was to break down on the interstate! My husband recommended I drop by the Gardendale AutoZone to take advantage of their free diagnosis offer. Jarret and Trendon were welcoming, reassuring and efficient! As it turned out, the cause was a minor issues, they told me what part I needed to fix it, but was not pushing me for an immediate purchase- however my husband and I will return to give them our business gladly to repay their kindness and professionalism. Thanks Guys!!!

The ONLY location that could change my battery from the back. I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service that exceeded all my expectations. Came in with an almost dead battery. Kyle T not only tested our battery, but installed a new one. He was quick and engaged in friendly conversation while he installed it. He was very knowledgeable when suggesting what new battery we needed and gave us options!

Caden is always so helpful and informative. Goes out of his way for sure! I own a Dodge Charger so it’s pretty difficult to get to the headlights and he took his time to get my headlight that went out replaced. He is always so friendly and determined to help his customers. I know I can rest assisted to come into this Autozone, ask for him knowing I will leave happy and satisfied. Def deserves a raise!

My family and I were traveling back from Missouri to Florida over the Thanksgiving holiday in rainy weather. I had purchased new wiper blades before leaving Florida. On the way back home to Florida one of the blades flew off. My family and I were able to stop at this location in Gardendale, Alabama and Kyle and his manager saved the day. The.manager helped my daughter to the restroom while Kyle installed a new wiper blade and checked the other one to find it had not been installed properly either. Thanks, Kyle for your great customer service.

My daughter had a bad battery. We went to another location and they were very rude because it was almost closing ! So,My husband called and we went up to auto zone and walked in and was greeted by a guy named Kaden and he was so polite, helped us with all we needed, installed battery and we were on our way home within 15 to 20 mins ! I highly recommend them and it means even more when you get great service and polite mannered people that are willing to help when in need.We will be back again if we need anything.Thank you ,Kaden

The store is well organized, the staff are friendly, and even the new-hire was super helpful. Enrolled in their rewards program because I'll definitely be stopping by here for anything I need for our cars.

Great service. Great employees. Especially the young man named Kaden. He goes above and beyond with customers and deserves the praise! (Edit: I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews, even when they are valid, but I can't keep quiet on this. The young man Kyle has more than once now given me a negative experience and today he gave my friend, who is nothing but sweet and needed assistance, a negative experience. He left her with a feeling of dissatisfaction via his rude and short demeanor. He does not want to fulfill his work duties and doesn't know when to stop asserting himself in a conversation where he has no business doing so, especially with customers who are not being out of pocket. With that being said, I thoroughly commend the rest of the team for being star players and always nice and helpful. Especially Tom, Shelly, Isaac, Jarett, and again, Kaden. But the whole team is amazing, with the exception of Kyle.)

Caden and Kyle were great their customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations! They deserve some raises for sure. Got my car fixed up no problems !

Called ahead and Kyle walked me through what they had. Once I got there Jason helped me out with a good deal on the battery and helped me install it. Will be coming back here again, can’t recommend this place enough. Great team and great service!

Mr. Tom and Micheal helped me immediately and listened to my concerns. Michael put my wiper blades and repellent on and listened to my car to help me pinpoint some issue before I go to the repair shop. Thank you guys!

Ms.Shelly the manager was just amazing she was very helpful and had the best personality for customer service. The crew which was taylor was also awesome. I will suggest anyone to drive from almost any side of town just to get business that's appreciated.

Went smooth bought coils for my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. Glad they have a lifetime warranty on them. Pleasant experience all around everyone was nice.. ...05/21 Went by AutoZone and had a starter tested off a 2001 Acura CL....starter was toast so bought a new one... everyone was super nice to me....07/22.

They never give you the right part. I went in to return said wrong part and was ignored for the first 5 minutes. We ( me and other customers) only found out what was going on after we seen the associates talking about the computer system going down. Then I was told that I could only get the part I wanted from the dealership. Ha, I went straight across to Advanced Auto and was out within 5 minutes with the right part. Please train your employees better. The only redeeming one ,that was there, was the female associate. But even she seems to be towing the company line

4/2/22 8:37pm. Cashier rushed me to make a cash or credit decision before I even got to the register. When I said “let me see if I have enough cash” she snatched her papers off the desk and stormed off, mumbling something about “not having time for this…” . One of those kind of people who enjoy making you wait. Kept looking over to see if she could get a reaction….what she got was a 20 year customer walking right out the door and driving, literally, across the street to Advance Auto Parts, where I found the same product for half the price and was promptly greeted as soon as I hit the door. I told them how rude the last was and they said they get a lot of AutoZone customers. Advance Auto Parts now has all of my family’s business….over a $4 can of Turtlewax. This lady is a poor representation of AutoZone and should not be working with the public.

I used to love coming here, but it has really gone downhill the last several years. They NEVER have enough people working in there (prior to Covid too) and the few people that actually knew about cars have slowly been replaced. Don’t get me wrong, they are nice folks, but it’s obvious the place is lacking expertise.

I like going in this store. I have been redoing my interior on my car. It has been a lot of trial and error, but an experience for sure. AutoZone employees have been super friendly answering my questions and processing my returns when I bought something I didn't need or didn't work. I would definitely recommend them for auto projects.

I came into AZ today Kyle went above and beyond to help me. He even had to back my car out for me because someone parked to close and I could not get in. He is very sweet and super helpful. I will give 5 stars for Kyle.

The people who work here are very helpful. I went looking for vwnt shades. They had to order them but said they had a special and they were discounted. Plus there is a rebate. So when I do the paperwork they will end up being about $14.00 + $6.00 shipping LESS Expensive than the competition across the street.

We stopped nearby for dinner on our way home from vacation. It was 8:53PM when we realized the car battery needed to be replaced. The manager, Mr. Allen, stayed open to make sure we could purchase the battery. He also came to the parking lot we were stranded in, brought tools and helped to replace the battery. This was the best show of customer service I have ever seen! Thank you again!!
